    In the 21st century, students enter higher education in other countries. Especially among young people it is highly appreciated and popularized to study in the United States. The USA is the leader in the world educational ratings, both general and specialized. Students have the opportunity to have two diplomas. They choose two specialites: basic and additional. These privileges help students to find better work in the future. In this country, when entering the university there is the function of choosing community colleges as an introductory stage.
