Item Air transportation between Ukraine and EU countries: from progressive liberalization to deregulation(National aviation university, 2021-10-29) Ovsak, Oksana; Овсак, Оксана ПавлівнаNowadays the basis of agreements about air traffic between Ukraine and other countries are bilateral air service agreements (ASA). Aviation communication between Ukraine and EU is regulated on the basis of bilateral air service agreements (ASA) with all member states and Horizontal Agreement with the European Commission on certain aspects of air services. The last one has been developed by European Commission as model agreement that liberalizes air services between the EU and third countries, called „horizontal“. Only a real, group-recognized leader can consolidate the team’s efforts. However, leadership skills, as it is known from the works of some psychologists, are peculiar not for everyone. The combination of state regulation and market self-regulation provide the effective development of the economic system of maritime transport and its basis - sea ports. However, in today's conditions, state and market regulators act uncoordinatedly and ineffectively, which causes the need to revise the content and improve the tools of the state's regulatory impact on the economy of sea ports. But institutions face many non-safety decisions daily that should also be addressed from an ethical framework. According to Oxford Languages, ethics is defined as the moral principles governing a person’s behavior when conducting an activity. Practically according to this principle, management of international business transactions involves the organization of demand and supply of its products abroad, the price level, and the ratio to costs in the exporting country. One of the main problems of management of foreign economic activity is miscalculations - the knowledge of managers of enterprises of existing theories of international trade helps them to avoid a significant part of miscalculations, and additionally, it helps reasonably predict changes in international markets.
