The modern development of information technology and globalization processes have contributed to the spread of remote and hybrid forms of employment. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly accelerated this process, forcing businesses to adapt to new business conditions. Human resource management in such conditions requires specific methods and approaches to the implementation of digital technologies aimed at: increasing work efficiency, motivating employees and preserving the corporate culture of the enterprise. Сучасний розвиток інформаційних технологій та глобалізаційні процеси сприяли поширенню віддалених і гібридних форм зайнятості персоналу. Пандемія COVID-19 значно прискорила цей процес, змусивши підприємства адаптуватися до нових умов господарювання. Управління персоналом у таких умовах вимагає специфічних методів й підходів з впровадження цифрових технологій, що спрямовані на: підвищення ефективності роботи, мотивації співробітників і збереження корпоративної культури підприємства.
