    At the present, the evolution of digital technologies, electronic communications, the Internet has caused a significant impact on the entire legal system has led to the development of scientific knowledge about the investigation of crimes related to computer information, the study of digital evidence and methods for searching for digital information. Nowadays digital forensics is developing rapidly. Its purpose is to obtain evidence from digital storage that exist on various devices - from mobile phones to servers, establishing facts (circumstances) that are important for pre-trial investigation bodies or the court, based on a study of the patterns of progress and operation of computer tools and systems that ensure the implementation of information processes.

    Every aviation event is subject to mandatory investigation by the state (part one of Article 119 of the Air Code of Ukraine). In Ukraine, the rules and procedure of the investigation are established by regulatory legal acts, in particular: the Air Code of Ukraine (AC of Ukraine) (Chapter XVII "Investigation of Aviation Events"), the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approving the Rules and Procedure for the Technical Investigation of Aviation Events and Incidents in Civil Aviation ", the Convention on International Civil Aviation of 1944, and government commissions may be established to investigate individual aviation events.

Надання Україні статусу кандидата на членство в ЄС створило додатковий імпульс для гармонізації підходу до цифрової трансформації. У цьому контексті участь України у програмі «Цифрова Європа» до 2027 року є важливою подією, спрямованою на прискорення економічного відновлення та цифрової трансформації України, створення єдиного цифрового ринку з ЄС та наближення цифрового сектору України до європейського, що зробило її пріоритетом національної політики цифрової трансформації в умовах війни.
