Доведено значна роль волонтерів з вирішення соціальних проблем поранених. Встановлено особливості соціальної роботи по вирішенню особистих питань військовослужбовців. Описано пункт волонтерської допомоги на території військового госпіталю. Розкрито умови проживання та лікування в спеціалізованому відділенні воїнів, які втратили кінцівки. Проведено порівняння особистісних характеристик поранених військовослужбовців.
