Determinants of enterprise’s financial security

The main purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodical approach to assessing the enterprise’s financial security based on the use of a models set for determining its parameters depending on the characteristics of activities financing and the associated level of risk. The proposed approach creates opportunities to determine the parameters of the enterprise’s financial security on the scale “level – status – position – zone”. The practical use of the proposed approach proves that it is a convenient, understandable and informative tool for determining the parameters of the enterprise’s financial security by the main indicators: financial stability, liquidity, profitability and activity financing risk.

The main aim of the article is to study the financial security of enterprises as a basis for the formation of investment attractiveness at the micro and macro levels. The main indicators of financial security of enterprises are researched, trends in the main markers of the economic climate are analyzed, and their impact on the main indicators of activity of Ukrainian enterprises is assessed. The dynamics of the main financial coefficients of the structure of financing the activities of Ukrainian enterprises by types of economic activity is studied. An indicative scale for the analysis of the structure of activity financing has been substantiated and a model for assessing the enterprises financial security level has been developed. A zoning matrix of enterprises investment attractiveness was developed, taking into account the relationship between the financial security levels and profitability.
Обслуговування пасажирів на борту літака як складова іміджу та конкурентоспроможності авіакомпанії

Стаття присвячена розгляду сервісного обслуговування пасажирів на борту літака як основи для формування іміджу та забезпечення конкурентоспроможності авіакомпаній. Визначено роль якості обслуговування пасажирів для авіакомпаній в контексті жорсткої світової конкуренції; здійснено аналіз бортового продукту провідних авіакомпаній світу та розглянуто найвпливовіші рейтинги оцінювання авіакомпаній за якістю обслуговування. Обґрунтовано ключові критерії оцінювання якості обслуговування пасажирів на борту літака у розрізі якості бортового продукту та якості обслуговування екіпажем борту. Надано рекомендації для бортпровідників щодо покращення сервісу у контексті очікувань пасажирів, а також визначено кроки, які повинні реалізувати авіакомпанії задля підвищення якості обслуговування пасажирів.
