    Examination of works of art in the chronotop of culture: aspects of professional training of specialists

    The purpose of the study is to highlight the essence of the process of preparation of art experts initiated in the independent Ukraine. Research methods. The choice of research strategies in disclosing the purpose of the study determined the application of system and complex approaches, as well as historical-chronological and comparative methods. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the formulation and development of an actual topic, which in scientific terms did not receive comprehensive and objective coverage and is first investigated. The results of comprehension of the essence of the process of preparation of expert art experts can serve as an important component in the study of contemporary issues of artistic education. Conclusions. The development of the socio-cultural space of Ukraine has revealed the objective need to expand the range of work aimed at preserving and protecting cultural heritage. The distinction in this sector of the culture of the problem of training specialists with the expertise of experts is a natural phenomenon. It was emphasized that such training is being conducted at the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management.

    Hermeneutic model of origins of ukrainian avant garde painting art

    Based on the analysis of the provisions of the avant-garde theory of Peter Burger, art theorists José Ortega y Gasset, a hermeneutic model of forming the origins of Ukrainian avant-garde painting is proposed. It is argued that the emergence of the avant-garde is a creative reflection on changes in the economic subsystems of society and the phenomenon of self-criticism of art, a projection of the historical progress of art through the development of society. The hermeneutic model of avant-garde art is based on a structural analysis of the artistic process in its specific historical conditions of development. At the heart of the avant-garde, there is an attempt to establish a new ideal of justice through the destruction of tradition, which allows to interpret works of the avant-garde art as a narrative scheme in which the ideological ideas and social expectations do not match the real social function. In the process of development of the avant garde, there is a change in the institutional essence of art, and the contradictions between the traditional ways of artistic reflection and the new artistic means of figurative creation constitute the basis of its aesthetics. The avant-garde appears as a new aesthetic category against the background of historical events of human development, as a tool for developing an aesthetic code. The avant-garde abolished the unified style and canon, and made the category of the artistic method a universal, universal artistic category, which opened the anthropological infinity of the world of art in its nonsocial meaning. The Ukrainian artistic avant-garde was formed on the basis of a synthesis of advanced ideas of European aesthetics with elements of national culture. Aesthetic concepts of European avant-garde trends served as a creative basis for the avant-garde trends in Ukrainian art, which include Cubo-Futurism, Suprematism, and Cubism in sculpture. The avant-garde is an integral part of the relationship in the art and society dichotomy, as a social phenomenon in the spiritual sphere, which corresponds to the logic of the development of society.

    Homo in via: from Plato’s cave to the modern neuroscreen

    The purpose of the article is an interpretation of the famous Platonic myth about a cave from the perspective of the critical images rethinking in the context of their accentuation during the millennial development of the humankind culture as well as in acquiring the corresponding term for the designation of the modern style. Methodology. The choice of research strategies in identifying the features of changing key periods has determined the application of the systemic and integrated approach and contributed to the comprehension of value-based social and cultural imperatives within the historical development of humankind. The implementation of the semiotic and functional procedures is formed due to the identification of iconic connections between the symbols of the Platonic myth within the time-separated periods. The use of comparative and heuristic research methods helped to identify structural models reflecting the features of the functioning of culture at its various stages. Regarding the particular context, we use the prognostic aspect of the study, which involves understanding of new symbols that reflect social relations and cultural and artistic forms of modern information and technological civilization. The use of the mentioned methods of research contributed to obtaining their theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the formulation and development of an actual topic, which within the scientific dimension has not received comprehensive and objective coverage and is being investigated for the first time. The research proves the idea that consists in the fact that the results of understanding of the images of the Platonic myth serve to build a new reading of the ways of development of human civilization, as well as to determine the value-based categories of the modern hyper-informational society. Conclusions. The development of the human culture demonstrates a tangible link of contemporary worldview landmarks with unique opportunities for technical innovation, which requires the introduction of new terminology. Also, it is noted that the Platonic myth of the cave arises with the appropriate marker, the polysemy of which made it possible to identify critical moments of the historical and cultural development of humankind and formulate appropriate definitions. The neuro art term is proposed which accumulates modern artistic means, reflected in a combination of unique expressive possibilities of sound, image, and text, which project a particular idea into the human subconscious with the help of various means of modern technology. Thus, a new reality of human existence arises - neuroscreens with the domination of political and economic interests, activating manipulative schemes based on eidetic means of representativeness. It is stated that the Platonic eidos discovers internal versatility, is the categorical structure of medieval and modern philosophers, correlates the artistic, historical processes of different periods, and therefore fully corresponds to the definition of contemporary style as eidetic.

    Homo parvus mundus est: Imagination as a tool of knowledge and education of the world

    The purpose of the article is to identify the essence of the concept of imagination as a tool for knowledge and creation of the world. Methodology. The choice of research strategies in the disclosure of the research objectives determined the application of a systematic and integrated approach, as well as comparative and heuristic methods, due to the active development of related scientific disciplines. In this context, we also use the prognostic aspect of the research, involves the formation of new value models and symbols, reflecting the cultural and artistic forms of modern civilization. The use of these research methods contributed to obtaining the own theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the formulation and development of a certain topic that has not received comprehensive and objective coverage in the scientific dimension and is being studied for the first time. It is validated the idea that the results of understanding the essence of imagination can serve as an essential component in the study of contemporary cultural achievements, as well as in the knowledge of the facets of human consciousness, concentrated in the field of neuroscience discoveries of modernity. Conclusions. The development of human culture presented various forms of human influence on the formation of the world. Separating imagination as a literal tool in this process determines the ability to change the world. It is accentuated that it is precisely the imagination that fully reflects the internal mechanisms of human brain, activating human activity, aimed at the knowledge and creation of the world.

    Improvement of Methodology of Calculation and Assessment of Transport and Operational Condition of Airfield Pavement (on the Example of Airport Pavements of Kyiv and Mykolaiv International Airports)

    The article presents the results of assessment and forecasting of transport and operational condition of airfield pavements on the example of airfield pavements of Kyiv and Mykolaiv International Airports. Domestic and foreign methods of assessment of transport and operational condition and calculation of airfield pavements have been analyzed. One of the most common methods of qualitative assessment of the transport and operational condition of airfield pavements is the method, the essence of which is to compare the classification numbers of aircraft and the bearing capacity of the pavement at the same strength of the subgrade. The results of calculation and design of airfield pavements were performed on the example of Kyiv and Mykolaiv International Airports using the FAARFIELD program. An alternative design of flexible airfield pavement of Kyiv International Airport is proposed. The engineering and geological conditions of Kyiv International Airport were analyzed in detail. Visual investigation of the surface of the pavements of all elements of the airfield of Kyiv International Airport showed that they have satisfactory transport and operational condition. The classification numbers PCN of rigid airfield pavements of Kyiv and Mykolaiv International Airports and flexible airfield pavement of Kyiv International Airport have been calculated with the help of the FAARFIELD program. PCN of the offered design of a rigid airfield pavement of the «Mykolaiv» International Airport is PCN 70/R/C/W/T. This means that the aircraft of this element of the airfield can perform take-off and landing operations without restrictions. Likewise, aircraft can perform take-off and landing operations without restrictions on rigid and flexible airfield pavements of «Kyiv» International Airport

    Medieval and contemporaneity world-visual and art parallels

    The purpose of the study is to identify related philosophical and artistic parallels between time-honored epochs of the Middle Ages and the present, as well as defining the forms of interaction between these links. Research methods. The choice of research strategies in studying the peculiarities of the socio-cultural system of isolated periods determined the application of systemic and integrated approaches that ensured the establishment of valuable sociocultural functional elements within the historical development of mankind. The use of comparative and heuristic methods of research contributed to the identification of structural models and symbols that ensured the integrity and systemicity of the evolution of culture. In this context, we also use the heuristic method of research, which promotes the modeling of structural relationships within the sociocultural development of society, and also reflects the social relations and cultural and artistic forms of cooperation of various civilization types. The use of these methods of research contributed to obtaining their own theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is the formulation and development of an actual topic, which in the scientific dimension has not received comprehensive and objective coverage and is being investigated for the first time. The idea is based on the fact that the results of comprehension of ideological and artistic forms of interaction of the Middle Ages and modernity are an important factor in the formation of a coherent historical and cultural model of human development. The interpretation of medieval philosophical imperatives in the formation of valuable categories of the present is noted. Conclusions. The development of the culture of mankind has demonstrated the presence of distinct ideological and artistic parallels in the distant periods of the Middle Ages and the present. It is noted that this similarity is due to the presence of internal mechanisms inspired by the ideological peculiarities of Christian society. It is stated that the results of comprehension of the connection of the mentioned epochs are an important factor in reflecting the social relations and cultural-artistic forms of the cooperation of various civilizational types. In this context, the historical and cultural model of human development acquires structural integrity and predictability in relation to the formation of valuable categories of the future.

    Military decorations of Ukraine for the War

    In the hallowed halls of history, where tales of valor and noble pursuits echo through time, phaleristics stands as a captivating testament to the indomitable spirit of nations. As we embark on a journey through the world of Ukrainian military decorations created for the war, we nd ourselves enveloped in the rich tapestry of a culture that has thrived for centuries, leaving an indelible mark on the annals of heraldry and military traditions. Despite the short time of its development in the independent state, Ukrainian phaleristics has become the subject of considerable attention of both scientists and politicians, as it re ects the state’s value guidelines of social development and the process of formation of the military organization through symbols. For a large portion of its recent history, Ukraine has been ghting the uncompromising war for state sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, for the will and freedom of the Ukrainian people and every citizen, a war against unprovoked aggression of the Russian Federation. The war has prompted the civilized world to create an international coalition to support Ukraine in achieving peace, and Ukrainian society to rethink its own historical experience, to search for the origins of national military identity as the basis of stability and strength of society. In this context, phaleristics appears as the moral basis of the Ukrainian code, a symbolic system that a rms the supremacy of the spirit of justice and courage. Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine walk the thorny path towards the desired and important Victory through re and death, losses and hopes in order to have their own independent state. All the hopes of Ukrainians to be a free people rest on their shoulders. The awards are a celebration of their heroic journey as warriors – the winners and defenders of good, freedom and the desirable peace. The skill of commanding troops, the heroism during hostilities and the success in the combat tasks performance, the signi cant personal contribution to the high level of combat capability of the troops maintenance, the high results in combat training, the exemplary perfor- mance of military duty, love for the Motherland, indomitable spirit and preservation the lives of comrades-in-arms are the main professional criteria for honoring soldiers. Our book “Military decorations of Ukraine for the War” invites readers to delve into the captivating realm of military medals that adorn the chests of Ukraine’s heroes and defenders, during this past two long years, although the war started in 2014, we must remind. These symbolic emblems, meticulously crafted and steeped in historical signi cance, tell a profound history of the nation’s struggles, triumphs, and unwavering resilience. In this publication, the awards, cultivated by war, of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are presented, imitating the centuries-old phaleristic traditions of the liberation armies of Ukraine. And of course, the symbolism of the awards re ects the historical progress and spiritual wealth of the Ukrainian people, and traditions that was passed down from generation to generation as a guide in the original aspiration to independence. The Scythian sword, the princely insignia of Ancient Rus and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Cossack cross of Zaporizhzhya Sich, the state coat of arms of the Ukrainian People’s Republic make up the symbolic basis of the awards. The development of Ukrainian phaleristics studies showed that it rests on a solid historical state tradition. Sometimes war also unites. A seemingly strange proposition that in this case is absolutely true. Never having met in person, the authors, all historians and researchers, two Ukrainians, the other Portuguese (though with various connections to Ukraine), began their correspondence and discussed the plan for this work early in the course of the Russian Federation’s war of full scale invasion of Ukraine that began in February 2022. Having published a previous works on the subject, the Ukrainian colleagues were challenged by its Portuguese colleague to revise, update and expand his work. Our passion united us to the universe of the Armed Forces, to Phaleristics and, certainly, to Ukraine. Starting from such solid premises, it was easy to establish the plan for this work. The growing importance of the military world in Ukraine, strongly driven by the Russian inva- sion of 2022, has translated, on the phaleristic level, into a true revolution. The authors could not fail to make it known at a time when, for the most unfortunate reasons, Ukraine has become a daily presence in homes all over the world. This phaleristic revolution, the continuation of a rich tradition which started with the rst Ukrainian independence at the beginning of the 20th century, has been nding, with the con- tinuation of the war of aggression, a fertile eld of evolution, like a laboratory, which has been adapting itself to the needs of reward felt at various levels. Although names are not present here it is important to remember those who stood at the origins of the creation of this system of honours and, of course, those who approved in such a di cult time for the Ukrainian nation. Their work is worthy of respect, it is really amazing to see, during so harsh times, how was it possible to create so many varieties in such a short time and to ful l the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on time. As readers will be able to see throughout the book, it is a truly unique phaleristic experience in recent times, characterised by a richness that should be transmitted to future generations, as a tribute of homage and gratitude to the glorious combatants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in this war to defend the integrity of their Nation’s borders. A type of war that many heralds thought extinct and buried in the history books, but that the Russian aggression has brought to everyday life. It is, therefore, on the basis of these two elements: the phaleristic wealth of Ukrainian military decorations and the tribute to its Armed Forces, the raison d’être of this work that brings together three colleagues from the opposite ends of Europe that new technologies have brought together to produce it. The pro ts from this edition, if any, will go to the Ukrainian Armed Forces which, in war or after victory, will need training to enable them to counterbalance the imperialist intentions of a neigh- bour who has never been satis ed with the separation and independence of the Ukraine.     Military museology in the period of the transgression of the society from 1989 to 1991

    The purpose of the article is to cover the activity of military museums in the time of changes of the values of the society and the transformation of the state system. Methodology. The basis of the research strategy was the meth- ods of observation, analysis, comparative analysis, applied by the historical-chronological principle concerning the sys- tem and integrated approaches. The use of the mentioned research methods contributed to obtaining the own theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the formulation and development of an actual topic, which has not received comprehensive and objective coverage in the scientific dimension and is being investigated for the first time. Rationally, the idea is that the activity of military museums does not always meet the needs of society requires state reg- ulation of their actions and support. Conclusions. It is stated that military museology during the period under review was looking for a new model of the activity of military museums, it was dictated by changes in social sentiment and political and economic system. It is noted that such a model was developed by the Museum of History of the Far Eastern Military District and consisted in providing the Museum of Independence in decision-making on the operational management of its activities. However, changes in value orientations have led to particular decrease of the role of museums in the social process.

    Mythology of aesthetics: assembly of antiques musts and laws of neurostetics

    The purpose of the article is to identify relationships between different periods based on the functioning of var- ious types of ancient arts and aesthetic senses that are defined by the laws of neuroesthetics. Methodology. The choice of research strategies in the study of the dynamics of changes in the socio-cultural structure determined the use of systematic and integrated approaches, as well as a comparative method of research. We also use the prognostic aspect of the study, which involves building new value models and symbols that reflect the mechanisms of cultural and artistic development of humankind. The use of these research methods contributed to obtaining their theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the formulation and development of an actual topic, which in the scientific dimension has not received comprehensive and objective coverage and is being studied for the first time. The idea is justified, which is the understanding of the relationship of the laws of neuro art and ancient mythology to serve a more profound knowledge of the nature of aesthetic sensations. Conclusions. This type of creativity is characterized by the metaphors of language, as well as other arts that are related to the text. This form of creativity excites the imagination that in the most delicate strokes reflects a wide range of emotions, feelings, or events that brings pleasure at the time of perception of the subtleties of expression. Parallel rows of neuroesthetic laws and mythological Muses allow us to learn the relation- ship of the underlying mechanisms of aesthetic perception, which open up new meanings of human evolution. Such Parallels define the critical role of art in mastering its potential and identify the aesthetic experience as an essential factor of self-knowledge and human development.

    Neuroart in the context of creativity

    The research aims to identify related art parallels between time-disparate cultural periods and innovative scientific discoveries that determine the mechanisms for the functioning of the mentioned links. Methodology. The choice of research strategies within studying the dynamics of changes in the socio-cultural system, identified the application of systemic and sophisticated approaches, as well as comparative and heuristic research methods, caused by the actual technological progress of the present time. In terms of the particular context, we use the prognostic aspect of the research, which involves the building of new value models and symbols reflecting social relations and cultural ones as well as artistic forms of modern civilization. The application of the mentioned methods of the research contributed to obtaining the own theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the study consists the formulation and development of an actual topic, which has not received comprehensive and objective coverage and is being investigated for the first time regarding the scientific dimension. The core idea is based on the fact that the results of understanding the essence of neuro-art can serve as an essential component in the context of contemporary cultural achievements study, as well as within the definition of value categories of the hyper-informational society. Conclusions. The development of the humankind culture demonstrates the presence of internal artistic parallels between separated time periods. It is noted that the similarity is inspired by the existence of internal mechanisms formed in the conditions of primitive society with its inherent expression of the eidetic imagery. The dynamics of the cultural trends is associated with the subconscious impulses of the human brain, which determined the importance for the introduction of such innovative terms as neuro-esthetics and neuro-art.

Це визначило формування нового наукового напряму нейроарту як свідчення нелінійної картини світу в контексті сучасних технологічних інновацій.

    Ukrainian historiography of museum sociology

    Historiographical study is devoted to application of methods of sociology in museum activity. The published works on museum studies, museology and history of culture lack integrity of researches on museum sociology, while fundamental papers dedicated to its complex study are absent in Ukraine at all. Here we analyze the existing historiographic base of this scientific problem. The research methodology lies in the application of systematic, historically logical and chronological methods. The mentioned methodological approach allows to carry out a historiographic analysis of the available in Ukraine literature and sources of sociological dimension of the museological paradigm. Scientific novelty lies in bringing up of the topic and processing thereof, at that the topics have to be of such a kind that has never been comprehensively investigated in historiography. In result for the first time there was comprehensively investigated the process of sociology methods application in museum practice and we obtained new and integral knowledge about the main streams of this process development. The fact-based material of the research was the biggest ever in terms of chronology, and the method of investigation applied was cross-disciplinary. Conclusions. Comprehension of the complex of documentary securing of the museum sociology allows for the conclusion that gradual development of the sociology use in museum affairs is absent. However, practical sociology methods are used by leading museum institutions operating individually and not being elements that impact the overall system. Elaboration of the theoretical aspects will comprise a basis for development of museums’ sociology.

    Антропний принцип творчості Матвія Вайсберга

    Висвітлено творчість сучасного художника Матвія Вайсберга на основі теоретичних основ взаємозв'язку антропології та мистецтва. У відповідності до поставленої мети обрано комплекс дослідницьких методик сучасного мистецтвознавства, що базуються на антропологічному підході до аналізу мистецьких явищ. Використання вказаного комплексу дослідницьких методик сприяло отриманню власних результатів. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у постановці і розробці актуальної для вітчизняного мистецтвознавства теми антропології мистецтва. Результати студіювання можуть слугувати важливою складовою історії мистецтвознавства. Висновки. Антропологія мистецтва постає як теоретична основа мистецьких практик, розглядає митця як соціальнозначущий феномен, що продукує внутрішню рефлексію на суспільні процеси. У випадку із творчістю Матвія Вайсберга спостерігаємо зворотній вплив мистецьких практик на теорію мистецтвознавства. Творчість Матвія Вайсберга є матеріальним підтверженням мистецтвознавчих студій спровокованих технологічним прогресом та пошуком місця людини у цифровій культурі та культурі алгоритмів, культурі без людини. Проте важливим є його нова антропологія етичних та філософських питань виражених в дихотомії “людина – всесвіт”.

    Антропний принцип творчості Матвія Вайсберга

    Висвітлено творчість сучасного художника Матвія Вайсберга на основі теоретичних основ взаємозв'язку антропології та мистецтва. У відповідності до поставленої мети обрано комплекс дослідницьких методик сучасного мистецтвознавства, що базуються на антропологічному підході до аналізу мистецьких явищ. Використання вказаного комплексу дослідницьких методик сприяло отриманню власних результатів. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у постановці і розробці актуальної для вітчизняного мистецтвознавства теми антропології мистецтва.     Боротьба військового формування Карпатська Січ за державність Карпатської України та її символіка

    Вексилологічні традиції у символіці війська Козацької держави (XVI – XVIII ст.)

    У статті аналізується процес становлення вексилологічних традицій Козацької держави (XVI – XVIII ст.). На основі історіографії означеної наукової проблеми доводиться, що на прапорництво козацького війська мали вплив вексилологічні традиції Європи, Московського царства та Османської імперії. Разом з тим, стверджується, що вексилологічні традиції козацтва набули самостійних рис, які базуються на культурних засадах українського народу. Цей процес цілком залежав від конкретних історичних обставин розвитку Козацької держави.

    Використання програмного засібу Autodesk Revit у відтворенні історичного образу Успенського собору у Володимирі

    Мета статті – висвітлити методику відтворення особливостей архітектурного образу Успенського собору з використанням інструментарію інформаційних технологій проектування, проведенні аналізу його відповідності регіональним архітектурним та будівельним традиціям та спростуванні твердження про реконструкцію первісного вигляду споруди. Методологічною основою дослідження стали принципи історизму, всебічності та наукової достовірності, а також історіографічний та техніко-технологічний методи. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів визначається можливістю застосування визначених методів та підходів в архітектурній реставрації об’єктів культурної спадщини, а також виявленні особливостей, характерних рис та відтворенні історичного архітектурного середовища Успенського собору у місті Володимирі з використанням інформаційних технологій проектування. Практична значущість дослідження представлена методикою 3D моделювання об’єктів архітектурної спадщини. Висновки. Доведено, що прагнення відтворити на межі ХІХ та ХХ столітть в архітектурі Успенського собору риси давньоруської доби призвело до знищення культурного контексту історії розвитку будівлі Успенського собору в конкретних суспільно-політичних відносинах різних епох, які переживало місто Володимир та заміні його архітектурного образу.

    Відтворення історичного архітектурного середовища Успенського собору у місті Володимирі

    Мета статті полягає у відтворенні особливостей архітектурного образу Успенського собору з використанням інструментарію інформаційних технологій проектування, проведенні аналізу його від- повідності регіональним архітектурним та будівельним традиціям та спростуванні твердження про реконструкцію первісного вигляду споруди. Методи дослідження. Для відтворення архітектурного серед- овища Успенського (Мстиславів собор) собору був використаний програмний засіб Autodesk Revit. Вико- ристання історіографічного методу аналізу джерел та літератури дозволило відтворити історичний процес функціонування Успенського собору у контексті міжнародних зв’язків Галицько-Волинської дер- жави та його реставрації. Результати. Прагнення відтворити в архітектурі Успенського собору риси давньоруської доби без відомостей про її первинний образ призвело до фантазійних проектів А.Прахова, Г.Котова і Михайловського. З позицій сучасної реставраційної традиції коректним виглядає проект архі- тектора Вейцлера. Відновлення Успенського собору у давньоруському стилі, який непритаманний Волині, призвело до знищення культурного контексту історії розвитку будівлі Успенського собору в конкретних суспільно-політичних відносинах різних епох, які переживало місто Володимир. Наукова новизна дослі- дження полягає у виявленні особливостей, характерних рис та відтворенні історичного архітектурного середовища Успенського собору у місті Володимирі з використанням інформаційних технологій проекту- вання. Практична значущість дослідження представлена методикою 3D моделювання об’єктів архітек- турної спадщини.
