Analysis of the environmental properties of the components of traditional and alternative aviation gasoline
(National Aviation University, 2019) Boichenko, Sergii; Shkilniuk, Iryna; Pavliukh, Lesia; Babikova, Kateryna; Iakovlieva, Anna; Vinetskaya, Roza
In this article have been analyzed ecological properties of traditional and alternative aviation gasoline. We determine that with reducing of aromatic hydrocarbons in gasoline, saturated with oxygenates; it is possible to improve the composition of aviation gasoline, thereby reducing the formation of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons during combustion. With increasing octane number, the concentration of toxic gases in the exhaust decreases, that improves the ecological properties. Using biofuels leads to improve environmental characteristics.

Evaluation of the potential of commercial use of microalgae in the world and in Ukraine
(2020) Pavliukh, Lesia; Boichenko, Sergii; Shamanskyi, Sergii; Jaworski, Artur
This paper aims to evaluate of the microalgae potential for commercial application, in particular to conduct experimental study of biogenic compounds removal from sewage waters by microalgae, and to calculate economical benefits from biofertizers and biofuel production. Experimental study in the concentration change of nitrogen and phosphorus compounds in the cultivation of Chlorella Vulgaris microalgae in various types of sewage water was carried out. The efficiency wastewater treatment by microalgae was confirmed. The economic benefit from the biomass utilization as biofuel production was calculated. Implementation of wastewater treatment technology with biomass recycling for biofuel and biofertilizers production will minimize the impact. As a results of experimental studies, the ability of microalgae to reduce biogenic elements in wastewater was confirmed. Microalgae can be used both for wastewater treatment to biogenic elements removal, such as phosphorous and nitrogen compounds, and biofuel, biofertilizers production. Prospects of the commercial use of microalgae are obvious. They are specially adapted to an environment dominated by viscous forces.

Mathematical Model of Biogenic Elements and Microalgae Interaction in Wastewater
(National Aviation University, 2023) Repeta, Viktor; Pavliukh, Lesia; Shamanskyi, Sergii; Репета, Віктор Кузьмич; Павлюх, Леся Іванівна; Шаманський, Сергій Йосипович
In this study the mathematical model of a water system of the "consumer - resource" type, in which the resource is harmful impurities (biogenic elements), and the consumer is Euglena gracilis was proposed. In this case, the reservoir has a certain amount of impurities and new impurities do not enter the system.

The assessment of the filling stations impact on the environment
(National Aviation University, 2020) Cherniak, Larysa; Radomska, Margaryta; Madzhd, Svitlana; Hryb, Alina; Pavliukh, Lesia
The work is devoted to the environmental impacts of the filling station. Authors have shown that of pollutants, emitted from the filling station, are toxic substances, which often cause irreversible damage to the organism, including functional and system disorders, acute and chronic non-specific and specific effects. The analysis of soil acidity at typical gas stations was carried out, as well as sumpling in the area of filling stations operation. For determination the soils acidity samples were taken at 8 filling stations. Most of the analyzed sites have a soil reaction close to neutral, indicating the presence of pollution with petrochemicals. The drilling results show that there is a serious factor of soil pollution in the operation of filling station. As a result of the analysis of possible impacts at the filling station, recommendations were made for reducing their

Repeta, Viktor; Pavliukh, Lesia; Shamanskyi, Sergii
Euglena gracilis.
