    Humanitarian aid logistics plays a vital role in saving lives and alleviating the suffering of people affected by natural disasters, conflicts and other emergencies. However, in addition to logistical challenges such as supply delays, lack of information, and infrastructure damage, there are a number of ethical issues that require careful consideration. Unethical logistics can lead to unequal access to aid, corruption, inefficiency and waste of resources, which can have detrimental consequences for people in need.

    Problems of training specialists in aviation logistics and the main challenges on the way to the development of aviation logistics

    The main challenges in the development of aviation logistics, special requirements for the training of aviation logistics specialists and their problems are highlighted and discussed in detail. Based on the opinions and experience of experts in the field of aviation logistics, practical recommendations for solving the identified problems were summarized and proposed.
