    Adaptation of the logistics company's sustainable development strategy based on megatrends

    The purpose of the qualification work is to further develop theoretical approaches and practical recommendations for adapting a sustainable development strategy of a logistics company, taking into account the impact of megatrends to increase its competitiveness and sustainability. The subject of the qualification work is tools, models and approaches to adapting a sustainable development strategy of a logistics company under the impact of global megatrends. The object of the qualification work is the processes of strategic management of sustainable development of logistics companies in the context of global economic, social, and technological changes. Methods of research are scientific inquiry, empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, Porter's Five Forces – analysis. Materials of the qualification paper are recommended for applying during scientific research, in the educational process and the practical activities of logistics department specialists. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій щодо адаптації стратегії сталого розвитку логістичної компанії з урахуванням впливу мегатрендів на підвищення її конкурентоспроможності та стійкості. Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи є інструменти, моделі та підходи до адаптації стратегії сталого розвитку логістичної компанії під впливом глобальних мегатрендів. Об "єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є процеси стратегічного управління сталим розвитком логістичних компаній в контексті глобальної економіки, соціальні, технологічні зміни. Методи дослідження - наукові дослідження, емпіричні, аналіз і синтез, моделювання, Porter's Five Forces - аналіз. Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендовані до застосування під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній діяльності фахівців кафедри логістики.
