Children's leisure center in Lutsk

The project describes the main stages of engineering research, design, construction and calculation of the children's leisure center in Lutsk. The general plan, the volume-planning decision are developed, the basic building materials are selected and described, selection and calculation of enclosing designs is executed. The work also contains a structural section, where the calculation of reinforced concrete slabs and monolithic frame, selection and calculation of foundations with further description of the main technological processes of construction, such as earthworks, foundations, masonry, floors, roofs, etc.

Production structures are large-scale structures where they are positioned manufacturing lines and provided conditions for the work process and full-fledged equipment operation. Industrial buildings can be typical or unique, and consist of one or more objects. Construction of industrial buildings is carried out in strict accordance with the regulated norms. Industrial buildings must meet fire safety requirements and be able to withstand loads that arise in the production process, have an attractive appearance. The project includes an industrial building. From an administrative point of view the object is located in the Kyiv region, in the countryside. The terrain is hilly with declining to the northeast. The construction site is partially occupied existing buildings and underground communications. The master plan is developed in accordance with the technological scheme and with compliance with applicable norms and rules. Vertical planning is decided taking into account the technology of works, topographic conditions of the area, taking into account the projected highway, which provides departures. Vertical planning takes into account the relief of the area and is solved by local backfilling of access roads and sites to the marks, dictated by the minimum rise of the building above the axis of the approach track. The project provides for the construction of sites for technical equipment and auxiliary buildings, as well as the use of existing buildings for equipment location. Architectural solutions for buildings are accepted taking into account the construction and climatic conditions of the construction area. The design of buildings and structures is based on technological plans for the application of typical solutions, the supply of equipment is maximal factory readiness, typification and unification of structures and nodes.
Multifamily residential building in Bucha of Kyiv region

Of prodigious standing for the economic progress of our country is the revival of construction, and the creation of new buildings based on the use of advanced domestic and foreign technologies. When designing new civil buildings, special attention should be paid to reducing their price while increasing the strength and reliability of structural elements and their components. The scheme set sideways for the construction of a Multifamily residential building of improved planning is located in the residential area of in Bucha of Kyiv region. The ground of the location is calm, with a total natural slant of the zone in the north-eastern route up to 3%. The choice of the principal plan of the building is ranged by the standing leading plan of the district. The entire area within the chosen area and together streets are being considered. Removal of extra soil from the construction site is carried out on the area located at a distance of 5 𝑘𝑚 from the construction area. The building is located in a designated area according to the requirements of the finest location of the main premises. The entrances to the building are designed. The plot has a cattle yard, which houses: play area for family needs and regeneration of residents. There are locations for several objectives with the needed set of minor architectural systems. The project envisages environmental protection measures: land reclamation, cleaning from dry debris, and the efficiency of green areas.

Reconstruction of residential buildings is one of the important ways to solve the housing problem. It allows to prolong the life cycle of obsolete buildings, eliminate communal settlements, significantly improve the quality of housing, modernize by the engineering equipment, improve the architectural expressiveness of buildings, operational reliability and durability, increase energy efficiency. Every year there is a growing need for reconstruction and restoration of the country's housing stock, as the moral deterioration of buildings is accompanied by physical wear and tear of engineering systems and structural elements, which accelerates the overall aging process.

Having regard to an extraordinarily difficult situation with integrity of the Ukrainian border and destruction of the Ukrainian citie, building of the sports arena of weightlifting gym will be a good enough decision for proceeding in the infrastructure of city, that will satisfy the necessities of citizens of city Bila Tserkva in relation to of healthy lifestyle, preparation of the Ukrainian sportsmen to the olympic competitions and popularization of weightlifting among young people, and also creation of additional workplaces. The project of the building of the sports arena of weightlifting gym is developed in accordance with all requirements of [1-3] to provide low-mobility groups and people with disabilities access to sports.

The work also contains a constructive section, where the study of engineering and geological conditions, the selection and calculation of foundations was performed, followed by the description of the main technological processes of construction, such as preparatory and earthwork, installation and roofing works, and the basics of environmental protection.

Creating a house of this type is relevant to show new methods of design solutions, e.g. green roofing, the great advantage of which is the reduction of precipitation coming to the sewer systems, as well as the protection of the waterproofing membrane. Vegetation helps to neutralize the harmful effects of sunlight and rain on the waterproofing membrane, which protects it and increases its service life. And it is also important to focus on the topic of heating houses. At the moment, our country refused to supply gas from the aggressor country, so to save this fossil fuel, it is better to design a warm floor that requires much less gas, and also retains heat in the room for much longer. The roof is made of non-combustible materials, guarantees fire resistance and prevents the spread of fire, and does not emit any harmful or hazardous substances when heated and exposed to flames, which is a timely advantage against getting combustible particles from guns and missiles at this time of war.
