The project describes the main stages of engineering research, design, construction and calculation of the reconstruction of the office and hotel complex in the city of Zaporozhye with a superstructure. The general plan, the volume-planning decision are developed, the basic building materials are selected and described, selection and calculation of enclosing designs is executed.
