Item Air passenger terminal in Kharkiv(National Aviation University, 2021-06) Yermak, Oleksii; Єрмак, Олексій ТимофійовичAirport terminals go through frequent transformations to accommodate technological advancements as well as changes in regulations. The ever-growing aviation industry requires airport terminals to be planned, designed and constructed in a way that should allow flexible operating conditions. An airport terminal needs to accommodate a wide range of allied operations and facilities where the performance of any operation influences the other. Airport terminals are composed of large-scale, multi-stakeholder buildings that require an innovative design approach to tackle several strongly interacting services and stakeholders [21]. The airport terminal design approach entails an appropriate recognition of the relationship between all interdependent activities to ensure smooth operation and a high level of passenger satisfaction. The aviation industry is growing rapidly – in the past decade air travel has grown 7% per year [22] with travel for both business and leisure purposes showing strong growth worldwide. This ever-increasing growth in air transport propagates into the need for providing more efficient airport terminal services that can accommodate growth in demand along with the changing needs of an airport environment. Постійно зростаюча авіаційна промисловість вимагає планування, проектування та побудови терміналів аеропортів таким чином, щоб забезпечувати гнучкі умови експлуатації. Термінал аеропорту повинен містити широкий спектр суміжних операцій та об'єктів, де виконання будь-якої операції впливає на іншу. Термінали аеропортів складаються з масштабних будівель із багатьма зацікавленими сторонами, які потребують інноваційного дизайнерського підходу для вирішення декількох взаємодіючих служб та зацікавлених сторін. Industrial buildings can be typical or unique, and consist of one or more objects. Construction of industrial buildings is carried out in strict accordance with the regulated norms. Industrial buildings must meet fire safety requirements and be able to withstand loads that arise in the production process, have an attractive appearance. The project includes an industrial building. From an administrative point of view the object is located in the Kyiv region, in the countryside. The terrain is hilly with declining to the northeast. The construction site is partially occupied existing buildings and underground communications. The master plan is developed in accordance with the technological scheme and with compliance with applicable norms and rules. Vertical planning is decided taking into account the technology of works, topographic conditions of the area, taking into account the projected highway, which provides departures. Vertical planning takes into account the relief of the area and is solved by local backfilling of access roads and sites to the marks, dictated by the minimum rise of the building above the axis of the approach track. The project provides for the construction of sites for technical equipment and auxiliary buildings, as well as the use of existing buildings for equipment location. Architectural solutions for buildings are accepted taking into account the construction and climatic conditions of the construction area. There is the common practice of metal structures for immense spans, mainly in buildings of a great area. The land plot for the construction of a repair and mechanical workshop is located at a sanitary distance from the residential buildings in the Gostomel city of Kyiv region. The master plan envisages the rational placement of the repair and mechanical workshop on the part of the metering and parting unit free from technological equipment. Surface water drainage is designed of open type and is carried out by planned planes and trays. The construction site has a rectangular shape with a branch and is located in the area of the field. The plot has an area of 11 hectares and a uniform slope from east to west. The project of vertical planning of the location is advanced on the principle of thoroughgoing preservation of the prevailing relief taking into account hydrogeological landscapes, architectural and planning conclusions of the projected building, and the necessities of regulatory documents. The position of the building on the site, taking into account its amount of stories, does not violate regulatory necessities for the insolation of neighboring buildings. To ensure sanitary and hygienic necessities, as well as the normal movement of vehicles and walkers, the fixing of gravel, gravel, and bitumen pavement on driveways and sites. The modern trend of placing engineering infrastructure and equipment in the inter-household space has made the construction of roof structures even more difficult. These additional elements require careful integration into the overall design, requiring careful planning and coordination between the various construction crews. The construction process is divided into several stages, which ultimately affect the time. Despite this, multi-storey buildings are increasingly being built using monolithic technology. The architectural and planning solution of the residential building was adopted taking into account the urban development situation. The residential building consists of two block – sections, five-story, and seven-story, interconnected at the level of 4.5 floors by verandas. In the residential block section, a passenger-and-freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 500 𝑘𝑔, and a staircase with a march width of 1.2 𝑚 were designed. The normative height of a residential building is less than 26 𝑚. The frame and ceilings of the block sections are designed in a monolithic version using the universal formwork. The elevator shaft is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 200 𝑚𝑚. Stair flights are monolithic 1.2 𝑚 wide. Ventilation blocks – prefabricated reinforced concrete of individual design. Lintels – prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.038.1 − 1 and individual metal ones. Columns are made of monolithic reinforced concrete of class С16/20 with a section of 400 × 400 𝑚𝑚. Ceilings and roofing – a monolithic, beamless reinforced concrete slab 180 𝑚𝑚 thick made of class С16/20 concrete supported by columns and walls. The capacity of enterprises and quarries of contractors makes it possible to provide construction with building structures, products, parts, semi-finished products and materials in the amount necessary for the uninterrupted production of construction and installation works. The site is connected to the public road network with the existing road from main Street. The scheme set sideways for the construction of a Multifamily residential building of improved planning is located in the residential area of in Bucha of Kyiv region. The ground of the location is calm, with a total natural slant of the zone in the north-eastern route up to 3%. The choice of the principal plan of the building is ranged by the standing leading plan of the district. The entire area within the chosen area and together streets are being considered. Removal of extra soil from the construction site is carried out on the area located at a distance of 5 𝑘𝑚 from the construction area. The building is located in a designated area according to the requirements of the finest location of the main premises. The entrances to the building are designed. The plot has a cattle yard, which houses: play area for family needs and regeneration of residents. There are locations for several objectives with the needed set of minor architectural systems. An analytical review of the literature with a comparative analysis of methods for calculating steel prestressed load-bearing structures and selected the optimal for the calculation of the roof truss of an industrial building is fulfilled. In the proposed method of solving the problem of determining the optimal parameters of the truss and the geometric characteristics of the cross section is performed taking into account the influence of self-stress. The stress state of the truss at the optimal cross-sectional parameters should be such that under the action of external load, the tightening force from the pre-stress and the self-stress force, the stress in the extreme fibers is equal to the calculated resistance. The thesis presents the calculation of the roof truss with tendon prestressing.
