The project describes the main stages of engineering research, design, construction and calculation of an apartment building in Odesa. The general plan, the volume-planning decision are developed, the basic building materials are selected and described, selection and calculation of enclosing designs is executed.
The work also contains a constructive section, where the study of engineering and geological conditions, selection and calculation of foundations with further description of the main technological processes of construction, such as preparatory and earthworks, installation and roofing, and the basics of environmental protection.
