Item Industrial building in Bucha of Kyiv region(National Aviation University, 2022-06) Awad, Bassem Mohamed Abdelhamid Mohamed; Авад, Бассем Мохамед Абдельхамід МохамедProduction structures are large-scale structures where they are positioned manufacturing lines and provided conditions for the work process and full-fledged equipment operation. Industrial buildings can be typical or unique, and consist of one or more objects. Construction of industrial buildings is carried out in strict accordance with the regulated norms. Industrial buildings must meet fire safety requirements and be able to withstand loads that arise in the production process, have an attractive appearance. The project includes an industrial building. From an administrative point of view the object is located in the Kyiv region, in the countryside. The terrain is hilly with declining to the northeast. The construction site is partially occupied existing buildings and underground communications. The master plan is developed in accordance with the technological scheme and with compliance with applicable norms and rules. Vertical planning is decided taking into account the technology of works, topographic conditions of the area, taking into account the projected highway, which provides departures. Vertical planning takes into account the relief of the area and is solved by local backfilling of access roads and sites to the marks, dictated by the minimum rise of the building above the axis of the approach track. The project provides for the construction of sites for technical equipment and auxiliary buildings, as well as the use of existing buildings for equipment location. Architectural solutions for buildings are accepted taking into account the construction and climatic conditions of the construction area. The design of buildings and structures is based on technological plans for the application of typical solutions, the supply of equipment is maximal factory readiness, typification and unification of structures and nodes.Item Industrial building in Gostomel city of Kyiv region(National Aviation University, 2022-06) Ayoub, Kyrolos Anis Shaker; Аюуб, Кіролос Аніс ШакерOver 80% of industrial buildings are built in a one-story design. There is the common practice of metal structures for immense spans, mainly in buildings of a great area. The land plot for the construction of a repair and mechanical workshop is located at a sanitary distance from the residential buildings in the Gostomel city of Kyiv region. The master plan envisages the rational placement of the repair and mechanical workshop on the part of the metering and parting unit free from technological equipment. Surface water drainage is designed of open type and is carried out by planned planes and trays. The construction site has a rectangular shape with a branch and is located in the area of the field. The plot has an area of 11 hectares and a uniform slope from east to west. The project of vertical planning of the location is advanced on the principle of thoroughgoing preservation of the prevailing relief taking into account hydrogeological landscapes, architectural and planning conclusions of the projected building, and the necessities of regulatory documents. The position of the building on the site, taking into account its amount of stories, does not violate regulatory necessities for the insolation of neighboring buildings. To ensure sanitary and hygienic necessities, as well as the normal movement of vehicles and walkers, the fixing of gravel, gravel, and bitumen pavement on driveways and sites. These structures can be classified as either standard or unique, consisting of single or multiple units, and serve a wide range of functions including production shops, technical facilities, warehouses, logistics complexes, hangars, sheds, energy complexes, and administrative buildings. The construction of industrial buildings strictly adheres to regulated standards, encompassing compliance with fire safety regulations, structural integrity to withstand the loads encountered during production processes, and the incorporation of aesthetically pleasing facades. To expedite the construction process, modern technology employs prefabricated metal structures that are manufactured off-site. These structures are then transported to the designated construction site, where a well-coordinated framework is meticulously assembled. Depending on the specific requirements of the facility, materials such as sandwich panels, corrugated sheets, or other suitable alternatives are affixed to the framework. This innovative approach offers several noteworthy advantages in the realm of industrial building constructionItem Optimization of prestressed roof structures' cross sections of industrial buildings(National Aviation University, 2020-12) Galaka, Viktoriia; Галака, Вікторія ВіталіївнаThe topic of the thesis "Optimization of prestressed roof structures' cross sections of industrial buildings" is relevant due to the trend of construction of industrial buildings with large span beams, where there is a need for storage of materials and placement of technological equipment. An analytical review of the literature with a comparative analysis of methods for calculating steel prestressed load-bearing structures and selected the optimal for the calculation of the roof truss of an industrial building is fulfilled. In the proposed method of solving the problem of determining the optimal parameters of the truss and the geometric characteristics of the cross section is performed taking into account the influence of self-stress. The stress state of the truss at the optimal cross-sectional parameters should be such that under the action of external load, the tightening force from the pre-stress and the self-stress force, the stress in the extreme fibers is equal to the calculated resistance. The thesis presents the calculation of the roof truss with tendon prestressing. The paper provides references to current regulations to solve the problem.Item Reconstruction of production shops of the existing enterprise for the premises of the logistics complex(National Aviation University, 2020-12) Al-Asadi, Alhareth; Аль-Асаді, АлхаретThe diploma work is devoted to the selection of the optimal organizational and technological solution for the reconstruction of non-operated industrial buildings with different volume-planning structure. Lately there is a tendency to move most of the large industrial enterprises outside of the city in order to improve the environmental background and to release highly-sought investment land. Thus to date many of the industrial buildings are not operated for decades, which leads to an accelerated accumulation of physical deterioration of structures.Item Іndustrial building for the production of wooden structures in the city of Kharkiv(National Aviation University, 2022-06) Malyshko, Dmytro; Малишко, Дмитро ОлександровичAs far as there is a war in Ukraine since 24th of February 2022, a lot of cities all over the country have been seriously damaged. Especially rough were shelled Southern, Eastern and Northern Ukraine right along the Russian border. The condition of all types of buildings and structures in that regions are awful. For example, Chernihiv, Bucha, Irpin, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Kherson and lots of other smaller cities got more than 50% of numerous damages and total destructions, that requires an appropriate, full-fledged renovation and new construction. To be exact, as of May 29th - 2229 buildings in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region were totally destroyed. The industrial buildings as themselves are designed to deploy some industrial enterprises in, which in turn will provide people with all the line of necessary goods they need as well as production of power, for instance, mining of raw materials, storage and production of plastics, metals and wood, textile and paper products, petroleum products and chemicals. So the industrial buildings are obviously super required wherever you are, at least so to create goods as it has been said above and to create working places where people can get their jobs. Soon or later in the time of war or right after its finish, people will have got a strict need of good-quality and available products which can fulfill their life requirements. Since the beginning of war we did clearly managed to feel the lack of some products a few times, such as fuel or some other significantly required goods for the military and humanitarian purposes, that were met by buying or getting as an international help from the other countries. Therefore the construction of such buildings will be especially demanded in Ukraine in the further 10-20 years with ahead standing purposes of renovating the economy and peoples` ordinary lives. And without any doubt industrial buildings will play a key role in these processes as well.
