    Flight attendants, also known as cabin crew, are an essential part of the airline industry. They play a significant role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during a flight. These experts execute a good variety of functions, from customer service to dealing with emergencies, and require a unique set of skills to do their duties efficiently. People often confuse cabin crew with waiters, and such a mindset prevents them from fully appreciating the impact of flight attendants on the flight itself and the passenger's well-being during it.

    Everyone who travels with an international airline is able to hear flight attendants and pilots talking at least once. Among flight attendants’ responsibilities is a necessity to report pilots about cabin secure and ready for take-off. However, for most passengers the sence of these conversations probably remains unclear. Not less shocking is the number of special code words they use. When working on board, the crew must be clearly familiar with all the peculiarities of the language, and in general, this is not even a feature of work in aviation, it is inherent in any line of job.
