    Management of transport services in the state enterprise "Boryspil international airport"

    As a result of the qualification work research, practical recommendations on directions for optimizing the management system of transport services of state enterprise «Boryspil international airport» under pandemic conditions were given. The work determines the relevance of the chosen topic of the qualification work, object, subject, purpose and objectives of the study. In the work the essence and classification of services, main peculiarities of different means of transport in foreign economic activity and special characteristics of using the air transport in international activity were studied. In the work general characteristics of the state enterprise «Boryspil international airport», financial indicators of the state enterprise «Boryspil international airport», specifics of management air transport services of the state enterprise «Boryspil international airport» were analyzed. The work partpresents directions for improving the ways to manage the international aviation services of the airport and means of improving the existing system of management strategy, in order to increase the competitiveness of the Boryspil airport admist international airport with reference to the present Covid-19 pandemic.
