Воно демонструє ефективність гібридної моделі України, висвітлює ключові операційні результати на 2023–2024 роки та пропонує заходи для підвищення стійкості, модернізації та відновлення вантажопотоків. The study analyzes the impact of the war on Ukrainian seaports and compares adaptive strategies of Ukrainian and European operators. It demonstrates the effectiveness of Ukraine’s hybrid model, highlights key operational results for 2023–2024, and proposes measures to enhance resilience, modernization, and cargo flow recovery. | |
