Abstract

Для підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств доцільно розробити нову модель управління, яка вимагає впровадження цифрових технологій з урахуванням крос-галузевого характеру при виробництві інноваційної продукції. Реалізація екомистемної моделі відновленням економіки України на підґрунті використання цифрових платформ призведе до підвищення її технологічного суверенітету та економічної безпеки промислових підприємств. Впровадження крос-галузевих екосистем призведе до активізації інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств та забезпечить утримання лідерських позицій країни на ринку високотехнологічної продукції.To improve the efficiency of enterprises, it is advisable to develop a new management model that requires the introduction of digital technologies with taking into account the cross-sectoral nature of the production of innovative products.
