Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування у майбутніх фахівців сучасного управлінського мислення та системи спеціальних знань у сфері управління бізнес-процесами в міжнародному середовищі, в тому числі концептуального оволодіння теорією процесного підходу в управлінні організацією, оволодіння навичками формулювання, моделювання і документованого опису бізнес-процесів.This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is the formation of modern management thinking and a system of special knowledge in the field of business process management in the international environment in future specialists, including conceptual mastery of the theory of the process approach in managing the organization, mastering the skills of formulation, modeling and documented description of business processes.
