Аналіз впливу митних процедур на міжнародні автомобільні перевезення

Abstract

Ця робота присвячена міжнародним автомобільним перевезенням в умовах війни. В умовах блокування морських шляхів автомобільний транспорт в Україні стає основним засобом транспортування як експортних, так і імпортних вантажів. Основні аспекти митного регулювання, його вплив на витрати перевізників, час транспортування та загальну конкурентоспроможність українських транспортних компаній на міжнародному ринку наразі є актуальною темою.Метою даного дослідження є опис процесу митного оформлення та контролювантажів. Складність і тривалість митних процедур може стати перешкодою для міжнародних автомобільних перевезень, збільшуючи витрати і затримуючи доставку.Мета статті - привернути увагу дослідників до цього етапу міжнародних автомобільних перевезень, де є можливості для вдосконалення митних процедур.Для підвищення ефективності та конкурентоспроможностіукраїнських транспортних компаній необхідно продовжувати реформування митної системи, продовжувати впроваджувати сучасні інформаційні технології на основі блокчейну, розширювати географію митних переходів та зменшувати бюрократичні бар'єри.

This work focuses on international road transportation under conditions of war. With sea routes blocked, road transport in Ukraine is becoming the main means of transporting both export and import cargo. The main aspects of customs regulation, its impact on carrier costs, transportation time, and the overall competitiveness of Ukrainian transport companies in the international market are currently a hot topic. The aim of the present study is to provide a description of the process of custom clearance formalities and documentation procedures. The complexity and length of customs procedures can be an obstacle to international road transport, increasing costs and delaying delivery. Reducing the amount of documentation required and speeding up customs procedures for trucks allows for faster delivery of essential goods and support to the population. In many countries, e-declarations are already mandatory and standardised, while in Ukraine this process is not yet fully automated and needs to be improved. The purpose of the paper is to attract the researchers attention on this particular phase in international road transportation, where there is room for customs procedures improvements. To increase the efficiency and competitiveness of Ukrainian transport companies, it is necessary to continue reforming the customs system, further implement modern blockchain-based information technologies, expand the geography of customs crossings and reduce bureaucratic barriers.
