Abstract

Пристрій для діагностування колодкового гальма містить генератор імпульсів, лічильник імпульсів, цифровий індикатор. До мережі живлення електрогідравлічного штовхача гальма підключено реле напруги, нормально-розімкнені контакти якого розміщені між генератором імпульсів та лічильником імпульсів. Вихід лічильника імпульсів з’єднано з одним із входів арифметико-логічного блока, причому між ними розміщено нормально-замкнені контакти датчика переміщення - кінцевого вимикача штока поршня, який встановлено на електрогідравлічному штовхачі, а саме над штоком поршня. До другого входу арифметикологічного блока підключено блок становлення констант. The device for diagnosing the brake shoes contains a pulse generator, a pulse counter, and a digital indicator. A voltage relay is connected to the power supply network of the electro-hydraulic brake pusher, the normally open contacts of which are located between the pulse generator and the pulse counter. The output of the pulse counter is connected to one of the inputs of the arithmetic logic unit, and between them are the normally closed contacts of the displacement sensor - the piston rod limit switch, which is installed on the electrohydraulic pusher, namely above the piston rod. A constant setting unit is connected to the second input of the arithmetic and logic unit.
