Abstract
In order to minimize risks, the prison probation system has been introduced in Ukraine since 2015, which, in accordance with article 11 of the Probation Act, consists in training persons serving sentences of restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty for a certain period of time before being dismissed for the purpose of labour and domestic placement of such persons after release from their chosen place of residence.
