| dc.description.abstract | The subject of the paper will be the presentation of selected issues connected with attributing responsibility for the crime of committing an attack on the life or health of prisoners of war or civilians in the Polish legal system. The author’s comments will focus mainly on the most significant problems raised in the Polish literature on the subject. First, doubts will be presented as to 168 who may be the perpetrator of the said crimes. Then, selected issues of unlawful activity of the offence under article 123 of the Penal Code will be indicated. | uk_UA |
