Мета дипломної роботи – теоретично обґрунтувати та практично розробити логістичну стратегію управління запасами у підприємствах ресторанного бізнесу на прикладі мережі «Сушія». Об’єктом дослідження є логістична система управління запасами в підприємствах ресторанного бізнесу. Предметом дослідження виступають теоретичні засади, організаційно-економічні механізми та практичні інструменти формування й реалізації логістичної стратегії. Методологічну основу дипломної роботи становить системний підхід до аналізу логістичних процесів, поєднання загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів дослідження. Наукова новизна полягає в удосконаленні підходів до комплексної оцінки ефективності логістичної діяльності автотранспортного підприємства на внутрішньому й міжнародному ринках.
