Provision oh the population of Ukraine with vitamin D3 as an environmental factor of health impact

Abstract

The thesis describes the problem of vitamin D deficiency for many years. It is important for the population of Ukraine to analyze the supply of vitamin D and make recommendations for improving health, taking into account the effects of environmental factors. The aim of the thesis was to study the supply of vitamin D to the population of Ukraine and analyze its impact on health. Analytical, biochemical and statistical methods of data processing were used in writing the thesis. As a result, the correction of D-hypovitaminosis was obtained, as well as recommendations for obtaining the optimal level of vitamin D for the population of Ukraine. The results of the work can be used to improve the health of the population of Ukraine in the implementation of recommendations to ensure the required level of vitamin DВ дипломній роботі описано проблему дефіциту вітаміну D протягом багатьох років. Для населення України важливим є аналіз забезпеченості вітаміном D і вироблення рекомендацій по покращенню здоров’я при врахуванні дії екологічних факторів. Метою дипломної роботи було дослідження забезпеченості населення України вітаміном D та аналіз його впливу на здоров’я. При написанні дипломної роботи використано методи аналітичні, біохімічні, статистичні методи обробки даних. В результаті отримано корекція D-гіповітамінозу, а також запропоновані рекомендації по отриманню оптимального рівня забезпечення організма вітаміном D для населення України. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для покращення здоров’я населення України при впровадженні рекомендацій по забезпеченню необхідного рівня вітаміна D.
