Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі документознавства та комунікаційних технологій. Мета навчальної дисципліни у контексті спеціальності з урахуванням вимог стандарту вищої освіти полягає у наданні системи теоретико-практичних знань про міжнародну інформацію як систему, її правові основи, міжнародну інформаційну політику та діяльність її основних суб’єктів – держав, міжнародних організацій, ознайомленні з роллю та місцем ЗМІ, ЗМК, інформаційно-аналітичною діяльністю в міжнародному обміні інформації, основними поняттями та структурою міжнародного інформаційного бізнесу.

This discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the body of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of document management and communication technologies. The purpose of the discipline in the context of the speciality, taking into account the requirements of the higher education standard, is to provide a system of theoretical and practical knowledge about international information as a system, its legal basis, international information policy and the activities of its main actors - states, international organisations, acquaintance with the role and place of the media, mass media, information and analytical activities in the international exchange of information, basic concepts and structure of the international information business.
