Abstract
У контексті інтенсивної глобалізації, цифровізації та зростанні міжкультурної мобільності, ключовими викликами для сучасної системи вищої освіти постають не лише академічна успішність здобувачів освіти, а й формування їхніх соціально-комунікативних, емоційно- вольових та міжкультурних компетентностей. Особливої актуальності набуває розвиток емоційного інтелекту (ЕІ) як провідного ресурсу психологічної адаптації, емоційної саморегуляції та ефективної взаємодії у мультикультурному середовищі.
