Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в області підприємництва, торгівлі та митної справи. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування у магістрів системи знань з теорії та методології технічного регулювання, принципів побудови та функціонування систем технічного регулювання в різних країнах світу, освоєння нормативно-правових, організаційних та методичних питань систем міжнародного технічного регулювання.This discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the body of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and customs. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to form a system of knowledge of the theory and methodology of technical regulation, the principles of construction and functioning of technical regulation systems in different countries of the world, mastering the regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological issues of international technical regulation systems.
