Abstract
Для оцінки ефективності розвитку персоналу необхідно використовувати
відповідні методи оцінки. Це дозволяє компаніям оцінити переваги своїх інвестицій у
розвиток співробітників і відповідно адаптувати свою діяльність.
To assess the effectiveness of personnel development, you should use
appropriate evaluation methods. This allows companies to assess the benefits of their investment in
employee development and adapt their activities accordingly.
