Educational and methodical complex of discipline "Customs regulation"

Abstract

The subject is a theoretical and practical basis for a set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the management. The purpose of teaching the subject is to form a system of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge and skills in the application of tools and technologies for customs regulation of export-import operations, in particular, mastering the modern regulatory tools and features of Ukraine's customs policy in its relations with the countries of the world trading system in compliance with generally recognized international agreements and conventions in the field of customs and non-tariff regulation of international trade relations.

Навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною і практичною основою комплексу знань і вмінь, які формують профіль спеціаліста з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування системи теоретичних знань та практичних знань і навичок щодо застосування засобів і технологій митного регулювання експортно-імпортних операцій, зокрема опанування сучасного нормативного інструментарію та особливостей митної політики України в свої відносини з країнами світової торговельної системи відповідно до загальновизнаних міжнародних угод і конвенцій у сфері митного та нетарифного регулювання міжнародних торговельних відносин.
