Управління закупівельною діяльністю підприємства

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів управління закупівельною діяльністю підприємства в умовах сучасного конкурентного ринку. У теоретичній частині досліджено сутність закупівельної діяльності, її місце в системі логістики підприємства, розглянуто існуючі підходи до організації та управління закупівлями, а також можливості їх оптимізації. В аналітичній частині проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності ТОВ «АЙ.ТІ.ЕС. 52», охарактеризовано основні економічні показники, структуру закупівель та систему взаємодії з постачальниками, виявлено проблеми та вузькі місця в системі управління закупівлями. У проєктній частині запропоновано напрями вдосконалення закупівельної діяльності, зокрема впровадження сучасних підходів до вибору постачальників, розрахунок оптимальних партій постачання та прогнозування економічного ефекту від реалізації запропонованих заходів. Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи можуть бути використані в наукових дослідженнях, під час навчального процесу, а також у практичній діяльності підприємств, що функціонують у сфері закупівель та логістики.

The qualification paper is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of managing the procurement activities of an enterprise in the conditions of a modern competitive market. In the theoretical part, the essence of procurement activities, its place in the logistics system of the enterprise, existing approaches to the organization and management of procurement, as well as the possibilities of their optimization, were studied. In the analytical part, a comprehensive analysis of the activities of LLC «A.T.E.S. 52» was conducted, the main economic indicators, the structure of procurement and the system of interaction with suppliers were characterized, problems and bottlenecks in the procurement management system were identified. In the project part, directions for improving procurement activities were proposed, in particular, the implementation of modern approaches to the selection of suppliers, the calculation of optimal supply batches and the forecasting of the economic effect of the implementation of the proposed measures. The materials of the qualification paper can be used in scientific research, during the educational process, as well as in the practical activities of enterprises operating in the field of procurement and logistics.
