Навчально-методичний комплекс дисципліни "Організація судових та правоохоронних органів" (спец.262)

Abstract

Навчально-методичний комплекс "Організація судових та правоохоронних органів" призначений для студентів 1-го курсу денної форми навчання та студентів 1-го та 2-го курсу заочної форми навчання ОС "Бакалавр" спеціальності 262 "Правоохоронна діяльність", освітньо-професійної програми "Право" юридичного факультету НАУ. Метою навчальної дисципліни є отримання системного знання про завдання, функції, основні напрямки діяльності судових, правоохоронних та правозахисних органів. Завданнями навчальної дисципліни є вивчення загальних положень формування судової системи, а саме судів загальної юрисдикції, Конституційного суду України; визначення основних принципів організації побудови, діяльності та повноваження правоохоронних органів: прокуратури, поліції, Служби безпеки України, органів досудового розслідування та деяких інших;The educational and methodical complex "Organization of judicial and law enforcement agencies" is intended for students of the 1st year of full-time education and students of the 1st and 2nd year of correspondence form of study of educational degree "Bachelor" of specialty 262 "Law Enforcement", the educational and professional program "Law" of the Law faculty. The purpose of the discipline is to obtain a systematic knowledge of tasks, functions, main activities of judicial, law enforcement and human rights bodies. The objectives of the discipline are to study the general provisions of the formation of the judicial system, namely the courts of general jurisdiction, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; definition of the basic principles of organization of construction, activity and powers of law enforcement agencies: the prosecutor's office, the police, the Security Service of Ukraine, pre-trial investigation bodies and some others;
