Abstract
Physical education has been an integral part of the educational system for centuries, but it is becoming increasingly important in modern times. In today’s world, where people lead sedentary lifestyles and obesity rates are on the rise, the need for physical education is greater than ever before. This paper discusses the challenges and prospects of physical education in modern conditions.
Протягом століть фізичне виховання було невід’ємною частиною системи освіти, але в наш час воно набуває все більшого значення. У сучасному світі, де люди ведуть малорухливий спосіб життя, а рівень ожиріння зростає, потреба у фізичному вихованні є більшою, ніж будь-коли. У роботі розглядаються проблеми та перспективи розвитку фізичного виховання в сучасних умовах.
Протягом століть фізичне виховання було невід’ємною частиною системи освіти, але в наш час воно набуває все більшого значення.
