Educational and methodical complex of discipline "Enterprise value management"

Abstract

This discipline is the theoretical basis of a set of knowledge and skills on the methodological foundations of the formation of enterprise value management system and mastering the tools of harmonious implementation of such a system within the general management system of the business entity. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to form students' value thinking, thinking from the position of a business owner or investor, which in combination with appropriate theoretical and practical support will help improve the efficiency of enterprise management.Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь щодо методологічних засад формування системи управління вартістю підприємства та опанування інструментарію гармонійного впровадження такої системи в межах загальної системи управління суб’єкта господарювання. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування у студентів вартісного мислення, мислення з позиції власника бізнесу або інвестора, що в поєднанні з належною теоретичною та практичною підтримкою буде сприяти підвищенню ефективності управління підприємством.
