Abstract
Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі права.
Метою викладання дисципліни «Актуальні питання кримінального права» є оволодіння теоретичними знаннями в галузі кримінального права та закріплення практичних навичок для їх застосування в конкретних життєвих ситуаціях, формування правової культури при практичному застосуванні норм кримінального законодавства.
This discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of a set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of law. The purpose of teaching the discipline "Topical Issues of Criminal Law" is to master theoretical knowledge in the field of criminal law and consolidate practical skills for their application in specific life situations, the formation of legal culture in the practical application of criminal law.

Робоча програма (РГ) навчальної дисципліни «Актуальні питания кримінального права» розроблена на основі «Методичних рекомендацій до розроблення і оформлення робочої програми навчальної дисципліни денної та заочної форм навчання», затверджених наказом ректора від 29.04.2021 Ne 249/од, та відповідних нормативних документи. The work program (WP) of the discipline "Topical Issues of Criminal Law" was developed on the basis of the "Methodological recommendations for the development and design of the work program of the academic discipline of full-time and part-time forms of education", approved by the order of the rector dated 29.04.2021 Ne 249/od, and the relevant regulatory documents.
