Technology transfer as a tool to increase the aviation enterprise`s activity efficient

Abstract

The aviation industry of Ukraine at this stage of operation is in a pre-crisis state, which is due to the deformation of the sectoral air traffic management system due to the transition to a market economy and the intensification of integration processes at all levels. Public authorities do not fully contribute to the creation of conditions for the effective operation of air transport companies, so they are forced to solve the main tasks of flight and air transport without sufficient financial support from the state. As a result, airlines are forced to reduce their costs while trying to maintain the quality of services at a competitive level and look for innovative ways to further economic activity. In the process of finding new opportunities to improve the efficiency of aviation enterprises, it is important not only to implement proper management based on corporate knowledge, which is inherent in enterprises, but also to find new approaches to learning new knowledge on the basis of which it is possible to provide would be able to adapt to the transformational conditions of the market environment. Such results can be achieved by using the technology transfer process.

Авіаційна промисловість України на цьому етапі функціонування перебуває в докризовому стані, що зумовлено деформацією галузевої системи управління повітряним рухом внаслідок переходу до ринкової економіки та активізації інтеграційних процесів на всіх рівнях. Органи державної влади не в повній мірі сприяють створенню умов для ефективної роботи авіатранспортних компаній, тому вони змушені вирішувати основні завдання авіаційного та повітряного транспорту без достатньої фінансової підтримки держави. Як результат, авіакомпанії змушені зменшувати свої витрати, намагаючись підтримувати якість послуг на конкурентному рівні та шукати інноваційні шляхи подальшої економічної діяльності. У процесі пошуку нових можливостей для підвищення ефективності діяльності авіаційних підприємств важливо не лише впровадити належний менеджмент на основі корпоративних знань, що властиво підприємствам, а й знайти нові підходи до засвоєння нових знань, на основі яких можна надати можливість вміти пристосовуватися до трансформаційних умов ринкового середовища. Таких результатів можна досягти, використовуючи процес передачі технологій.
