Abstract

Метою вивчення дисципліни є формування системи теоретичних та практичних знань щодо стану науки, основних принципів, норм, інститутів Методології міжнародно-правових досліджень та умінь використовувати отримані знання у вирішені професійних завдань у сфері умінь у проведенні наукових досліджень та їх ефективної організації, а також набути практичних навичок виявлення та аналізу сучасних тенденцій і закономірностей розвитку науки, ефективної роботи з джерелами інформації, організації науково-дослідної діяльності, застосування різноманітних методів наукового пізнання.The purpose of studying the discipline is the formation of a system of theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the state of science, basic principles, norms, institutions of the Methodology of international legal studies and the ability to use the acquired knowledge in solving professional tasks in the field of skills in conducting scientific research and their effective organization, as well as to acquire practical skills of identifying and analyzing modern trends and regularities of the development of science, effective work with sources of information, organization of research activities, application of various methods of scientific knowledge.
