Item 3D model of landmarks for autonomous navigation of unmanned aerial vehicles(National Aviation University, 2017) Чужа, Олексій Олександрович; Романенко, Віктор Григорович; Пазюра, Наталія ВалентинівнаAlmost all unmanned aerial vehicles are equipped with inspection earth surface systems that can be used to obtain information about the location of the aircraft using survey-comparative navigation methods. The autonomous determination of unmanned aerial vehicle coordinates with the use of survey- comparative methods of navigation is to finding landmarks whose location is known by their geometric characteristics. Most precisely, the geometric characteristics of 3D object can be obtained using its mathematical model, based on the basic elements of the form. A mathematical model of an object can be represented in the form of two matrices, the elements of which contain information about the shape of the object and the underlying surface, their size and reflective characteristics. The result of determining the location of the unmanned aerial vehicle is the correct solution to the task of recognizing landmarks. In real conditions, it is very difficult to determine the angles of orientation of objects in advance, so it is necessary to apply the mathematical model of the object and determine its characteristics for different orientation angles in relation to the unmanned aerial vehicle. Consequently, the high probability of detecting the landmark is achieved by applying its mathematical 3D model and determining two independent signs of volume and average height for its recognition, it is depending on the angles of its orientation and geometric shape.Item A Comprehensive Framework for Underwater Object Detection Based on Improved YOLOv8(National Aviation University, 2024-03-29) Sineglazov, Victor; Синєглазов, Віктор Михайлович; Savchenko, Mykhailo; Савченко, Михайло ВолодимировичUnderwater object detection poses unique challenges due to issues such as poor visibility, small densely packed objects, and target occlusion. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive framework for underwater object detection based on improved YOLOv8, addressing these challenges and achieving superior performance. Our framework integrates several key enhancements including Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization for image preprocessing, a lightweight GhostNetV2 backbone, Coordinate Attention mechanism, and Deformable ConvNets v4 for improved feature representation. Through experimentation on the UTDAC2020 dataset, our model achieves 82.35% precision, 80.98 % recall, and 86.21 % mean average precision at IoU = 0.5. Notably, our framework outperforms the YOLOv8s model by a significant margin, while also being 15.1% smaller in terms of computational complexity. These results underscore the efficiency of our proposed framework for underwater object detection tasks, demonstrating its potential for real-world applications in underwater environments.Item A model of telecommunication system using VSAT satellite technology(National Aviation University, 2022-06) Kliovan, К.Е.; Кльован, К.Є.Modern society cannot be imagined without mobile communications or the Internet. Ensuring the localization of erroneous actions of aviation specialists can be done using many tools and methods. Among them - the method of training operators to counteract factor load in anti-stress training in order to improve their psychophysical qualities. Determining the psycho-physiological qualities of a person during the selection and training of aviation specialists is one of the ways to improve safety, reliability and efficiency, as well as change for the better the number of aviation accidents. The process of psychophysiological selection in civil aviation is the identification of a set of processes aimed at assessing the degree of development of professionally significant abilities and efficiency of work in the cabin. The nature of psychophysiological selection arises from predicting the effectiveness of training and professional functioning of operators on the basis of their personal psychophysiological characteristics. Then, depending on the requirements for anti-stress training, during psychophysiological selection are: - selection of persons who have such qualities that allow the implementation of professional obligations with a high level of reliability in extremely difficult and responsible conditions; - identification of persons on their psycho-physiological characteristics and mental state, incapable of training and activities in civil aviation and who pose a serious threat to flights; - training of the operator to function under the simultaneous influence of several failures for anti-stress training;Item A system for generating training samples in semi-supervised learning tasks based on generative-competitive networks(National Aviation University, 2023-12-27) Trotsiuk, Denys; Троцюк, Денис ОлександровичIn today's world of rapid technological development, artificial intelligence (AI) is taking a special place, being implemented in various areas of human activity, ranging from industrial automation to creative professions. Among the areas of AI research, generative adversarial networks (GANs) have proven to be a promising tool for generating new data that mimics real-world patterns. GANs play a key role in the development of machine learning, in particular, in image synthesis, natural language processing, music creation, and other tasks. The relevance of the research topic is due to the rapid development of neural networks and the need to create efficient and reliable systems that can adapt to changing production conditions and market needs. Despite the large number of studies in this area, the structural-parametric synthesis of ANNs still requires in-depth study to optimize the network training process and improve the quality of the generated data. The purpose of this master's thesis is to develop structural-parametric synthesis methods for optimizing GANs, which will improve the accuracy and diversification of the generated data. As part of the work, the author of the master's thesis investigated the following aspects: analysis of existing GAN architectures, development of new methods of structural synthesis and parametric optimization, experimental verification of the developed methods on real data. The object of research is generatively adversarial networks, and the subject is methods of their structural and parametric synthesis. In the course of the work, the author used such research methods as analysis of scientific literature, computer modeling, experimental methods, and statistical data processing. As a result of the work, it is expected to obtain a model of GAN with improved characteristics, which will expand the possibilities of their practical use in various fields, such as visual art, design automation, game development, and other areas where it is necessary to generate high-quality content.Item About Algorithms of Target Positioning(National Aviation University, 2022-06-24) Hley, Oleg; Глей, Олег Сергійович; Sineglazov, Victor; Синєглазов, Віктор МихайловичSoftware has been developed for the system most suitable for wind shear detection. The aim of the work is to find the most suitable system for detecting wind shear and to develop software for this system that offers the pilot a turnkey solution for flying through the danger zone of wind shear. The paper presents the definitions of wind shear, statistics of air crashes caused by this phenomenon. The systems for determining wind shear are described and the most suitable system is selected. The principle of operation and the algorithm of operation of the Doppler radar station are given. A simulation of the detection of a dangerous wind shear zone was carried out. The pilot uses the proposed software solution. Thus, the task of determining the wind shear zone and the decisions proposed on this basis to fly around the dangerous zone have been completed. Such sounding waveform has extremely high range and speed resolution. These good properties exist only in the case when we have independent samples, and a noise signal forms such independent samples because of its nature. The prototype of the radar is described and investigated theoretically, using computer simulation and in natural conditions. Non-parametrical signal processing algorithm is developed based on the statistical approach and digital signal processing. It has wonderful properties of invariance to the group of the noise and signal transforms and stable level of the false alarm probability. The algorithm can be applied for both acoustic and microwave noise radars. The use of the FFT algorithm increases the speed of calculations and gives us the possibility of constructing digital random signal radars. These new properties allow us to simplify signal detection algorithms and measure a distance, an azimuth and a target velocity simultaneously with high resolution and accuracy.Item Activities of the National Aviation University in "UKRAINE" project of Horizon2020 to foster EGNSS implementation in aviation sphere in Ukraine(Proceedings, THE SEVENTH World Congress. For this purpose, the work considered the processes of planning and deploying the movement of the robot. The analysis of existing methods of planning the movement of manipulator robots and the review of intelligent control systems made it possible to obtain a complete picture of the current state of this issue. A system is proposed that can perceive the environment and control the movement of the robot by generating the correct control commands. For this, 3 tasks were solved, namely: analysis of the environment in order to determine its features, determination of the trajectory in order to neutralize the collision and determination of controlled influences for the executive authorities in order to implement the movement. The functionality and structure of the neural network for solving each of the tasks are proposed.Item Adaptive high speed measuring converter of average voltage values(National Aviation University, 2020-03-24) Sergeyev, Igor; Сергеєв, Ігор ЮрійовичThe analysis of the measuring converter of average value voltage using the iteratively integrating method of conversion and its comparison with the analysis the generalized block diagram of the iteratively integrating measuring converter were performed. As a result of comparing the circuit of the measuring converter of average voltage values, which implements the iteratively integrating conversion method, with the generalized structural diagram of the iteratively integrating measuring transducer, the basic equations describing this device are obtained. As a result of the analysis of the generalized structural diagram of the iteratively integrating measuring transducer, an engineering solution is proposed that improves the parameters of the measuring converter of average voltage values by adapting it to the influence of changes in the input voltage frequency. This allows us to improve the dynamic characteristics of the converter of average voltage values when the input voltage frequency changes, which is directly related to the increase in the speed of the converter in the given frequency range of the input voltage or, which is equivalent in this case, to the extension of the frequency range of the input voltage, while maintaining the specified performance. It is proposed to adapt the considered converter of average voltage values to a change in the frequency of the input voltage periodically with a predetermined one, based on a priori information about the nature of the frequency change, periodically or occasionally, as the frequency changes.Item Adaptive modeling and forecasting of nonlinear nonstationary processes(National Aviation University, 2020-03-24) Bidyuk, Petro; Бідюк, Петро Іванович; Sineglazov, Viktor; Синєглазов, Віктор МихайловичThe study is directed towards development of adaptive decision support system for modeling and forecasting nonlinear nonstationary processes in economy, finances and other areas of human activities. The structure and parameter adaptation procedures for the regression and probabilistic models are proposed as well as respective information system architecture and functional layout are developed.
