To determine the main indicators of the dynamics of the gondola car loaded with flats, its dynamic load was mathematically modeled. It has been established that the maximum equivalent stresses, in this case, significantly exceed permissible ones. One of the directions of further aviation transport system development is the creation of methodological basis for optimal aircraft operation. Therefore, the increase in aircraft efficiency is one of the important tasks, as its improvement is associated with savings in material and financial resources, which affects the fleet structure and the process of passenger traffic. The article is intended to substantiate the method of optimizing the use of airline aircraft by means of mathematical apparatus. It has been found that the mathematical model structure is required to form an optimal aircraft fleet. A variant of aircraft fleet formation has been proposed taking into account the mathematical model, built on the basis of linear programming, namely, using the simplex method. It has been determined that the choice of optimal aircraft options is greatly influenced by the value of the parametric series. To obtain a reliable result, the aircraft loading must be 100%, otherwise the error grows due to coefficients at unknown target function. A detailed informational research was conducted on the subject. The main concepts and principles of ensuring aviation safety in air transport have been analyzed, as well as the process of organizing aviation safety at the airport. The scientific and practical aspects of aviation safety assessment and forecasting are defined. The process of checking passengers and baggage for aviation safety was analyzed. It was founded that since the development of air transport the emergence of the possibility of air passenger, baggage and various cargoes transportation, there has been a need to develop an aviation safety system ensuring human safety in various aviation complexes and airport terminals. At the initial research stage aviation safety is perceived as a state of protecting aviation from any acts of unlawful interference in its activities. The aviation industry is one of the vivid examples of possible threats to human life. Ensuring aviation safety requires new assessments, forecasts and response to terrorist acts and unlawful interference in the operation of air transport objects. This is facilitated by introducing into airlines practice new equipment for checking the documents authenticity, identification of passengers and detecting potentially dangerous substances. Therefore, the search and implementation of an effective method for assessing and forecasting the improvement of airport aviation safety is one of the scientific and practical problems requiring an urgent in-depth research. The share of different types of transport in the total volume of passenger traffic during the years of independence of Ukraine is compared, and the corresponding conclusions concerning tendencies of development of air transport in Ukraine are made. It has been proven that high-income passengers remain the main type of passengers on domestic routes. Further growth in demand will depend on the growth of the country's economy, airline tariff policy, frequency of flights and ease of connections. The significant growth of passenger traffic in the international connection is partly explained by the trends that began in 1990. Following Ukraine's declaration of independence, imports of imported goods have increased significantly and demand for travel abroad has grown significantly. It should also be noted that the transport infrastructure of Ukraine allows to reach any point of the country using terrestrial modes of transport, which are significantly cheaper than aviation. It is no wonder, therefore, that most domestic airlines are focused on international transportation. Considerable potential for the development of international flights lies directly in the geographical location of the country, which is capable of providing high transit passenger traffic. Analyzing the work of Central European airports, it should be noted that Ukraine was the leader in the growth of passenger traffic. Airports of Ukraine served 10.7 mln passengers in six months, which is 20 % more than in the same period last year. In terms of passengers number carried, Ukraine came second after Poland – 22.3 mln passengers. The V2I system of information analysis for monitoring and controlling vehicles in operating conditions is an organic combination of information and analytical components. The latter includes the analysis of information regarding changes in operating conditions. The article presents a study that has improved the processes of managing the operating conditions of vehicles in the V2I communication system by using simulation modelling. A simulation model for choosing the optimal operating conditions for vehicles is described. The model takes into account road, climatic, and transport conditions and culture of vehicle operation, as well as the peculiarities of public transport movement in a transport hub. The objective function with the appropriate restrictions and the problem of traffic optimization in the investigated transport hub were established. Diagrams of the processes of the simulation model were constructed for various input parameters, including the optimal ones, with the creation of corresponding agents and their populations. Models of public transport delays at stops using a triangular distribution were developed, and the corresponding hypotheses were confirmed by Pearson’s test (χ2). The developed models can be used in the process of rebuilding a transport hub, as well as for modeling traffic when the operating conditions of vehicles change and for predicting such changes. The main indicators of financial security of enterprises are researched, trends in the main markers of the economic climate are analyzed, and their impact on the main indicators of activity of Ukrainian enterprises is assessed. The dynamics of the main financial coefficients of the structure of financing the activities of Ukrainian enterprises by types of economic activity is studied. An indicative scale for the analysis of the structure of activity financing has been substantiated and a model for assessing the enterprises financial security level has been developed. It was also proved that the volumes of transportation of goods by rail are closely related to the volumes of production of industrial goods and agricultural products. The volume of goods shipment by rail is characterized by close relationship with the output of production of industrial and agricultural goods. The forecast of departure of coal by rail was developed in the article (as cargo with the highest share in the overall cargo turnover) on the basis of autoregressive model of growth considering economical changes in Ukraine. Taking into account the experience of international countries, ensuring the efficient operation of the rail transport operation is possible only on the basis of developing a forecast of its activities. This will allow to find a reserve for its transportation and throughput. Informational and methodological basis for the article is publications of scientists doing research in the field in question, materials of periodicals and Internet sources. Taking into account the country’s production potential for the study of economic development of both rail transport as a whole and its separate lines, including those with low activity, the authors developed a model of economic growth for both the gross domestic product as a whole and for individual branches the current economic structure of Ukraine, especially for rail transport. The quality of available statistical information influences significantly not only the process of parameterization, but also the quality of the model and the results of the whole modelling process. The information on the dynamics of economic features is used. It is represented in the form of time series of indicators. Time series of this economic variable is a sequence of values, measured at regular time intervals during the analyzed period. According to the results, the turnover of Ukrainian railways (including low-intensity lines) will decrease in subsequent years. This is due to a decrease in production in many sectors of the economy.
