The end of the 20th - beginning of the 21st century opened the era of digital transformation (digitization) of society, which has covered literally all spheres of human life and is now considered a kind of indicator or even a criterion for assessing its development. 2014 marked the beginning of Russian aggression for Ukraine, which in modern scientific discourse has been called “hybrid” aggression or “hybrid” war, and significantly changed the vectors of threats to national security, adopted in the pre-war period. Therefore, of course, the tasks of understanding the scale of such aggression and finding mechanisms to counter this new challenge have become more urgent for domestic scientists from various fields of knowledge. Різноманітні трансформації постійно супроводжують людську цивілізацію. Кінець ХХ – початок ХХІ ст.ст. відкрили епоху цифрової трансформації (цифровізації), суспільства, яка охопила буквально всі сфери людського життя та, тепер, вважається своєрідним показником або, навіть, критерієм оцінки його розвитку. 2014 р. став для України початком російської агресії, яка у сучасному науковому дискурсі отримала назву «гібридна» агресія або «гібридна» війна, та суттєво змінила вектори загроз національній безпеці, прийнятих у довоєнний період. Тому, звичайно, що перед вітчизняними науковцями з різних галузей знань, актуалізувалися завдання із осмислення масштабів такої агресії та пошуку механізмів протидії цьому новому виклику.Item Digital financial space: quo vadis(State Tax University, 2024) Kovalenko YuliiaThe architecture of international and national economies is constantly changing. The set of financial markets is personified as a financial space that is developing in a renewable digital dimension. This determines the nature of modern market changes. The modernization of the financial space is reflected in instrumental, resource and technological aspects. Over the past 20-30 years, and especially in the last decade, the possibilities of contracting agreements on the movement of capital between market agents have changed dramatically. Financial technologies provide and mediate institutional changes. The development of artificial intelligence, robotics, growing arrays of Big data, change the structure of the economy and its instrumental support. Technological revolutions in the financial and other sectors of the economy open up significant opportunities. The main catalyst for change has been digitalization. Terminologically, the concepts of “digitization” and “digitalization” are understood as synonyms, since they essentially mean “digitization” of information about various processes and assets, that is, bringing it into a digital form (version). In financial and other spheres of life, the main resource has long been information, and its modern “digitization” is associated with technological changes in its processing, new possibilities for operating with assets and capital. Архітектура міжнародних та національних економік постійно змінюється. Сукупність фінансових ринків уособлюється як фінансовий простір, який розвивається у поновлюваному цифровому вимірі. Цим і визначається характер сучасних ринкових змін. Модернізація фінансового простору відображається в інструментальних, ресурсних та технологічних аспектах. За останні 20-30 років, і, особливо в останнє десятиріччя, можливості контрактації угод щодо переміщення капіталу між ринковими агентами кардинально змінились. Фінансові технології забезпечують і опосередковують інституційні зрушення. Розвиток штучного інтелекту, роботизація, зростаючі масиви Big data, змінюють структуру економіки та її інструментальне забезпечення. Технологічні революції у фінансовому й інших секторах економіки відкривають значні можливості. Магістральним каталізатором змін стала цифровізація (англ. «digitalization»). Термінологічно поняття «цифровізація» і «діджиталізація» розуміються як синоніми, оскільки сутнісно означають «оцифровування» інформації про різні процеси та активи, тобто приведення її у цифрову форму (версію). У фінансовій та інших сферах життєдіяльності основним ресурсом давно є інформація, а її сучасне «оцифровування» пов’язується із технологічними змінами її обробки, новими можливостями оперування активами і капіталом.Item Directions for improving corporate governance(National Aviation University, 2021-12-17) Lemishko, OlenaTheses are devoted to the development of the main directions of improving corporate governance.
