Item Analysis of Soil Tillage by Ploughs and Optimisation of Their Aggregation(Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, 2018) Novakovska, Iryna; Bulgakov, Volodimir; Rucins, Adolf; Dukulis, ImarsThe mechanical and technological aspects of the impact of ploughing upon the soil fertility have been analysed, as well as the frequency of its crumbling and restoration of the strength of the structure in the arable horizon under the current conditions of agricultural farming. So, a decision on the need for ploughing with a mouldboard plough is not taken every year, but when the soil structure coefficient of the upper layer (8-10 cm) is less than 0.67. A rational of use of mouldboard ploughs with coulters (or application of double-depth ploughs) is substantiated. Scientifically-grounded recommendations for the aggregation of the ploughing machine-andtractor aggregates have been presented. Reduction in the energy costs of ploughing can be ensured by introducing a correct system of aggregating the ploughing tools with energy resources.Item APPROPRIATION OF LAND FOR STATE AND MUNICIPAL NEEDS IN THE EU COUNTRIES AND IN UKRAINE(Proceedings of the National Aviation University, 2015) Козлова, Тетяна Володимирівна; Рудич, ОлексійThe article is devoted to the appropriation of land in the EU and Ukraine. The paper represents comparative analysis of land appropriation procedures in Ukraine and in the EUItem Characterization of a photometric anomaly in lunar Mare Nubium(2016-03) Корохін, Віктор Валентинович; Шкуратов, Юрій Григорович; Кайдаш, Вадим Григорович; Базилевский, Александр Тихонович; Рогачова, Лариса Вікторівна; Великодський, Юрій Іванович; Опанасенко, Микола Вікторович; Videen, Gordon; Станкевич, Дмитро Геннадійович; Калугіна, ОленаA novel approach of constructing photometrically seamless mosaics of reflectance, color-ratios, and phase–curve slopes using LROC WAC images has been developed, which can be used to map the photometric parameters of the lunar surface. The approach takes into account both geometric corrections with data on local topography and photometric conjunctions using our simple photometric model. New mosaics obtained with the technique allow more reliable studies of structural and chemical characteristics of the lunar surface. This approach has been applied to analyze the photometric anomaly (21.6 S, 17.7 W, ~40 km in size) in Mare Nubium detected earlier with our Earth-based observations. For each point of the scene the parameters were calculated using the least-square method for several tens of source WAC images. Clementine mosaics also were used in the analysis, e.g., in order to estimate the parameter of maturity degree Is/FeO. The anomaly has low FeO and TiO2 abundance and reveals a higher slope of the phase function than surroundings. Thermal data from LRO Diviner measurements do not show anomalies in this region. We consider this area as a shallow flooding of an elevated formation of highland composition, the material of which could have been excavated and mixed up with upper layers of the lunar surface through meteoroid impacts. The anomalous behavior of the phase function can be explained by the difference of surface structure in the anomaly and surrounding regions on the scale of less than several centimeters. This may be due to larger quantities of small fragments of rocks and clumps on the surface and/or the presence of agglomerates having open structure.Item Comparison of lunar red spots including the crater Copernicus(2016) Шкуратов, Юрій Григорович; Кайдаш, Вадим Григорович; Рогачова, Лариса Вікторівна; Корохін, Віктор Валентинович; Иванов, Михаил Арсеньевич; Великодський, Юрій Іванович; Videen, GordonThe lunar red spots, Helmet, Hansteen Alpha, and the NW quadrant of the crater Copernicus, were selected for a complex comparative investigation of their characteristics measured by the spacecraft Clementine, LRO, and Chandrayaan-1. For the analysis we used the following parameters: the reflectance A(750 nm), color-ratio A(750 nm)/A(415 nm), parameter of optical micro-roughness (LRO WAC), parameters deduced from LRO Diviner data, optical maturity OMAT, abundance of FeO and TiO2 (Clementine UVVIS and LRO WAC data), oxygen content determined using Lunar Prospector data, and parameters characterizing the 0.95-µm and 2.2-µm bands of Fe2+ ions (crystal field bands), and 2.8-µm band of H2O/OH and/or Fe2+ ions. The red spots Helmet and Hansteen Alpha are considered to be extrusions of rhyolite composition, which can be attributed to the Nectarian period; we did not find contradictions of this assumption. As for the Copernicus red spot, this, perhaps, is a similar formation that has been destroyed by the impact. We demonstrate that the material of the Copernicus red spot probably has the same composition as the classical red spots Helmet and Hansteen Alpha. The distributions of the parameter of optical micro-roughness and optical maturity OMAT show that the Copernicus red anomaly was not formed during the long evolution of the lunar surface, but results from crater formation. We find several confirmations of the hypothesis that the Copernicus red spot can be a residual of a red material (possibly rhyolite) extrusion that was involved in the impact process. The red material could have been partially melted, crushed, and ejected to the crater's north-western vicinity. The described red asymmetry of the Copernicus ejecta can be related to the eccentricity, relative to the extrusion, of the impact and/or to the inclination of the impactor trajectory. The latter also is confirmed by an analysis of the region, which is based on the geological map shown in this paper.Item Comprehensive Technique For Soil Constitution Estimation Based On Satellite Observation Methods(2015) Гебрин-Байди, Лілія Василівна; Железняк, Олег Олександрович; Великодський, Юрій Іванович; Бандурович, Юрій ЮрійовичA strong correlation between spectral brightness (red, green and blue channels) of Landsat 8 OLI image and actual humus content index has been obtained for the monitored areas of the Transcarpathian region. The normalized difference vegetation index has been determined. The value of humus content in each pixel of the image has been calculated using spectral characteristics in the red channel. The non-linear mathematical model of the increasing the efficiency of soil fertility has been developed. Such basic criteria as efficiency, accuracy and reliability, customer orientation, service efficiency, the minimum cost are determined.Item DESIGN OF NON-LINEAR MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR EVALUATION OF APPLICATION EFFICIENCY TO LANDSCAPE ZONES OF ZAKARPATTIA(http://journals.nubip.edu.ua/index.php/Dopovidi/article/view/9102, 2017-09) Гебрин-Байди, Лілія ВасилівнаTo evaluate the application efficiency of agricultural lands through the perspective of soil fertility the degree of land use efficiency and the concept of agricultural sustainability as the practical implementation of sustainable growth in agriculture were investigated. Some characteristics of the current state of soils in the landscape zones of Zakarpattia were studied. It was stated that economic fertility of soils in various landscape zones of Zakarpattia shows non-linear dependence on the cost of growing crops. The dependence of soil saturation state on cost of growing main crops is revealed. In order to evaluate the application efficiency of agricultural land use in Zakarpattia a non-linear model of dependence of economic soil fertility on cost of growing crops is proposed. Evaluation of application efficiency of agricultural lands in Zakarpattia oblast in Ukraine for three landscape zones by conventional crops is performed. Growing crops and vegetables is recognized as profitable activity in lowlands of Zakarpattia oblast in Ukraine because of lower cost and a potential increase in soil fertility compared to piedmont and mountain landscape zones in the oblast under study. The most effective is growing potatoes in piedmont landscape zone of Zakarpattia oblast in Ukraine where the cost for growing potatoes is lower and the soil fertility is higher than in the lowlands and mountain zones of the oblast.Item Device for automated leveling(News of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018) Belenok, Vadym; Burachek, Vsevolod; Malik, Tetiana; Kryachok, Sergíy; Bryk, YaroslavThe article describes the issue of automation of surface leveling performed during the reconstruction of artificial aerodrome covers. The existing methods of surface leveling using satellite technologies, electronic (digital) and laser rotational levels are described. The main drawbacks of existing methods are analyzed, the essence of which is reduced mainly to the large amount of manual measurements. A new mobile device for automated surface leveling is proposed, the distinctive parts of which are mobile platform, leveling optoelectronic device (LOED) and ultrasonic location block. The LOED includes lenses and a double Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) Matrix. To perform the leveling of the surface in the leveling marking the ends of the leveling lines, which are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the leveling plot is done. The leveling lines fix two points (benchmarks) where elevation points are first-order as compared with elevation points of leveling the surface. Two reference sighting targets on the benchmarks are installed. In the memory of the device such data as: instrumental elevations, elevations LOED and elevations sighting targets, as well as the scanning step are entered. The device LOED is installed to the alignment between sighting targets the position in the alignment of the images of targets on the display are controlled. The device is installed sequentially to the points of scanning the surface along the alignment line and define the readings on the LOED matrixes at the points of leveling the surface during stops or movement of the device on the alignment line. As a result of measurements in automatic mode, the instrumental elevations along the alignment line with an adjustable scan step are obtained. Such a device due to increased mobility is effective for leveling large and length areas, such as take-off and landing strip, take-off starts, airplane platforms, etc.Item Ecological and organizational aspects of rentals of agricultural land in Ukraine(2015) Козлова, Тетяна Володимирівна; Сивик, Дар'яThe aticle deals with recological and organizational problems of agricultural land lease. It is noted that under the situation of absence of proper land market the leasing relations have taken the dominant position in Ukrainian agriculture. Ten indices, namely normalized difference vegetation index, normalized difference soil index, index-based built-up index, biophysical composition index, built-up area extraction index (BAEI), urban index, new built-up index, band ratio for built-up area, bare soil index, and normalized built up area index, were used as input parameters for the machine learning algorithms to improve classification accuracy. The combinatorial analysis of the Sentinel-2 bands and the aforementioned indices allowed us to create four combinations based on surface reflectance characteristics. The study includes data from April 2020 to September 2021 and April 2022 to June 2022. The multitemporal Sentinel-2 data with spatial resolutions of 10 m were used to determine the LULC classification. The major land use classes such as water, forest, grassland, urban areas, and other lands were obtained. Generally, the RF algorithm showed higher accuracy than the SVM. The overall accuracy for RF and SVM was 86.56% and 84.48%, respectively, and the mean Kappa was 0.82 and 0.79, respectively. Using the combination 2 with the RF algorithm and combination 4 with the SVM algorithm for LULC classification was more accurate. There is also an analysis of modern use and following the wayside zones of motorways. The situation with pollution of roadside strips, surface waters, soils, groundwater and roadside vegetation has been analyzed. Solutions on lands protection and creation of prerequisites for the motorway protected zones formation are provided. It has been substantiated that the solution of these problems should be based on the application of mathematical methods and computer simulation with the use of remote sensing and requires detailed geographic research to the level of specific, quantitative justification of transport infrastructure projects in order to ensure optimal land use, recultivation. The comparative analysis of the regulatory requirements of the location highways elements of the and Ukraine, Belarus and the USA roadside territories has been conducted. The advantages of creating space data infrastructure for roadside establishment are elaborated. Establishing the sizes and configuration of the protection zones in the structure of the project documentation for the construction (reconstruction) of highways, as well as their indication in the town planning documentation, on cadastral plans will lead to the introduction of responsibility at the legislative level.Item Methods of Imposing Restrictions on Land Management in Planning of an Airport’s Transport Infrastructure(Institute of Physics, 2019) Novakovska, Iryna; Dobryak, Dmytro; Nikolaiev, Kyrylo; Skrypnyk, LiliiaAviation transport can have a significant impact on the environmental conditions of land adjacent to the airport. To achieve the purpose of the article, a set of general scientific and special methods of research was used, in particular: monographic analysis, abstract-logical, systematic approach, calculation and graphical, mathematical. The concept of ecological and economic assessment of land management restrictions for airport infrastructure is analyzed, since the legal regime and the specificity of their use are strictly regulated by legislative norms and standards. The assessment of constraints on the functioning of airport infrastructure should reveal the impact of transport accessibility on the environment of the airport and the growth of the economic development of the neighboring region. The need to model the future demand for motor transport around airports is justified, which requires the accuracy of forecasting any future trips to airports, for example, due to economic profit after the increase in local traffic, driven by population growth, demand for real estate ownership and business development. The principles of open space preservation and integration with adjacent transport routes are considered, taking into account the aesthetic expediency and meeting the needs of the population when forecasting, planning and designing the airport infrastructure. Preservation of the open space around the airport shall be controlled constantly to ensure proper functioning and development of the approach roads thereto. Municipalization is associated with the delimitation of state and communal land in settlements and and the expansion of the powers of territorial communities for the management of land use outside settlements within the communities jurisdiction. The foreign experience of reforming local self- government and scientific substantiation of decentralization processes by domestic and foreign scientists has been generalized. The dynamics of the process of association of communities, the issue of territorial uncertainty of their powers, peculiarities of communal ownership of agricultural lands of state property outside the settlements have been investigated. The problems of formation of a rational system of land use, creation of ecologically balanced landscapes have been considered. The system of normative-legal, land-use and land-cadastral provision of land tenure reforming at the second stage of decentralization of power has been proposed.Item Opposition effect of the Moon from LROC WAC data(2016-09) Великодський, Юрій Іванович; Корохін, Віктор Валентинович; Шкуратов, Юрій Григорович; Кайдаш, Вадим Григорович; Videen, GordonLROC WAC images acquired in 5 bands of the visible spectral range were used to study the opposition effect for two mare and two highland regions near the lunar equator. Opposition phase curves were extracted from the images containing the opposition by separating the phase-curve effect from the albedo pattern by comparing WAC images at different phase angles (from 0° to 30°). Akimov's photometric function and the NASA Digital Terrain Model GLD100 were used in the processing. It was found that phase-curve slopes at small phase angles directly correlate with albedo, while at larger phase angles, they are anti-correlated. We suggest a parameter to characterize the coherent-backscattering component of the lunar opposition surge, which is defined as the maximum phase angle for which the opposition-surge slope increases with growing albedo. The width of the coherent-backscattering opposition effect varies from approximately 1.2° for highlands in red light to 3.9° for maria in blue light. The parameter depends on albedo, which is in agreement with the coherent-backscattering theory. The maximum amplitude of the coherent opposition effect is estimated to be near 8%. Maps of albedo and phase-curve slope at phase angles larger than those, at which the coherent-backscattering occurs, were built for the areas under study. Absolute calibration of WAC images was compared with Earth-based observations: the WAC-determined albedo is very close to the mean lunar albedo calculated using available Earth-based observations.Item Research Affect Ecological-economic Factors on Land Use of Aviation Transport(RS Global Sp. z O.O., Scientific Educational Center Warsaw, Poland, 2019) Novakovska, Iryna; Skrypnyk, LiliiaThe article has been considered the influence of ecological and economic factors on ecologically safe, rational, economically efficient landing of aviation transport.
