Item Analysis of sports and physical activity in French universities(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Tverdokhlib, O.; Sobolenko, A.; Koryukaev, M.Physical activity and physical education of university students is a global problem studied by scientists from different countries, including France. Since the early 1970s, physical education and sports has been recognized as an independent university subject with its own teaching and research units. These, now the Faculty of science and technology of physical and sports activities, come under the generic term "Sciences of Sport". The result is a problem of sharing sports facilities for which a certain priority is given to Sttemporary Residence Authorization by universities, given their initial training missions. When you are not a Sttemporary Residence Authorization student, playing sports at university can take three aspects: a free practice outside the curriculum, a recognized practice in training through UV or options, a competitive practice within the framework of the National University Sport Federation or the UNCU. A common university (or inter-university service in the case where several institutions are located on the same site) manages all these practices. It receives for this more or less resources: sports facilities, budget allocation, teaching positions (awarded within the framework of each university) and possibly additional hours. Attached to the universities, they are therefore closely dependent on the institutions and the own policies pursued by them as part of their autonomy.Item Body composition and heart rhythm variability in wrestlers(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Korobeynikov, G.; Korobeynikova, L.; Ludanov, K.; Baić, M.Modern elite sport presupposes high competition among participants in sports competitions, coaches, functionaries and many other professionals who provide the training process . In this connection, in order to ensure an objective understanding of changes in the parameters of athletes' readiness, and to build a competitive system for training athletes of national teams, a scientific approach to the training process is relevant and does not raise doubts about its need. The heart rhythm variability is a very relevant and informative direction in the analysis of the adaptive reactions of the body of athletes. However, there is little understanding of the relationship between body composition and heart rhythm variability in elite athletes.Item Circuit training as an effective means of physical development of higher education applicants(National Aviation University, 2023-06-16) Chekhovska, A.; Syrotynska, O.; Чеховська, А.; Сиротинська, О.Today, at such a pace of life, when almost all institutions of higher education have switched to a distance learning format and more and more time is spent in front of computers, it isextremelyimportant to stay healthy. Sedentary lifestyle, low physical activity, lack of necessary knowledge and lack of physical activity in everyday life lead to deterioration of health, reduced work capacity and poorpsycho-emotional state. Modern complex living conditions dictate high requirements for the biological development of higher education applicants, with the help of physical training they help to focus all the internal resources of the body on achieving the goal, increasing mental and physical performance, strengthening health, unloading the nervous system, switching from mental labor to physical.Item Climbing as an innovative form of motor activity of students(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Soga, S.M.; Dobrovolskyi, V.E.; Mykhailenko, V.M.; Сога, С.М.; Добровольський, В.Е.; Михайленко, М.М.Today, almost every city in Ukraine has at least one climbing wall. In large cities with a rich history of climbing, the number of climbing walls is estimated at dozens. Climbing is one of the main forms of human movement, as well as walking, running, swimming, jumping. It symbolizes a person's desire to climb, and reaching height is an important psycho-emotional factor at any age. Climbing promotes the harmonious development of almost all muscle groups, coordination, solving intellectual problems, the ability to engage in any age and regardless of qualifications. Working in a " conjunction" cultivates such qualities as responsibility and mutual benefit. Climbing is very exciting. And if the beginning of the lesson is relatively calm, then by the end it becomes more active and dynamic. Students try to overcome more difficult and interesting routes and conquer new peaks. In addition, it is height – it captures and gives a powerful adrenaline. And adrenaline, as you know, copes well with a bad mood and raises performance. Moreover, the need to carefully calculate each step, to feel the moment here and now, which is also of great importance in today's pace of life. Climbing is a sport that includes all the qualities necessary to successfully solve the problems of forming a healthy lifestyle among children, adolescents and young people, increasing their physical activity. However, the technology of organizing recreational activities using climbing is not enough.Item Cognitive characteristics of badminton players(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Xiang-Qian, Xu; Korobeynikov, G.; Korobeynikova, L.Badminton is considered one of the three most hard sports game in relation to physical loadings and is the fastest one among the so-called "racquet sports". According to its characteristics, badminton refers to a game complex coordination sport, it is characterized by the following features: speed of movement, speed of thinking, speed of execution of techniques. The analysis of the psychophysiological state of badminton players forms an idea of the objective state of the players. The general functional state of the organism is an idea of the functional system that controls a specific type of activity and characterizes the level of functioning of individual systems of the organism (sensory, intellectual, motor) or the athlete's organism as a whole. However, there is no idea about the nature of the manifestation of cognitive functions in qualified badminton players.Item Comprehensive control of the functional condition of athletes in badminton(Національний авіаційний університет, 2020-06-18) Korobeynikov, Georgiy; Xiang-Qian, Xu; Коробейніков, ГеоргійBadminton, as in other team sports is an issue of growing popularity and entertainment. However, in order to increase the spectacle of competitive activity, it is necessary to solve the problem of intensification of the athlete's activity on the court. Therefore, there is a need to revise training system as a whole and particularly functional badminton training qualifications. At the same time, badminton has itsown characteristics, both in the structure of motor skills and in the system of functional support.Item Development of physical qualities of second-year students by means of introducing outdoor games during football classes at the national technical university of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kiev polytechnic institute”(National Aviation University, 2024-06-13) Havrylova, N.; Mokhunko, O.; Гаврилова, Н.; Мохунько, О.Game is a historically established social phenomenon, an independent type of activity characteristic of humans. A game can be a means of self-knowledge, entertainment, recreation, a means of physical and general social education, and a means of sports. Outdoor play is a meaningful activity aimed at achieving specific motor tasks in rapidly changing conditions. It reveals the creative initiative of the player, expressed in a variety of actions, coordinated with collective actions. Game activity objectively combines two very important factors: on the one hand, it is inclusion in practical activities, physical development, and on the other hand, moral and aesthetic satisfaction from this activity. All this ultimately contributes to the education of the individual as a whole. Thus, the game is one of the complex means of physical education. The game promotes all-round development: physical, mental, mental. Almost every game involves running, jumping, throwing, and balance exercises. Games develop basic physical qualities, such as strength, speed, endurance, and improve a wide variety of motor skills. The importance of outdoor games in developing physical qualities: speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility. Games instill in those involved feelings of solidarity, camaraderie and responsibility for each other’s actions. Play is an extremely valuable way to engage students in physical activity.Item Development of physical qualities of students by means of power sports during martial law(National Aviation University, 2023-06-16) Tymchyk, S.G.; Тимчук, С.Г.The students of the National Technical University of Ukraine have been studying on-line for the third year: first the epidemic, and then martial law. Mastering the elective discipline Power Sports Fitness and Strength Training is conducted on-line. What does it mean? Students are offered to familiarize themselves with theoretical material. Then they take a test to determine how well they have mastered the theory. They also have on-line meetings with the teacher in pairs, where they receive additional theoretical information, and the teacher prepares a presentation on the topic studied in class.Item Exercise as a means of non-specific prevention of functional disorders and diseases. Types of exercise. Principles of motor activity. Relationship between physical activity and physical, mental and social aspects of health. The influence of various factors on motor activity and the body's need for it(National Aviation University, 2022-06-16) Syrovatko, Z.; Abramov, S.Specially organized motor activity improves not only the function of the muscular system itself, but also all vital organs. This effect is realized by switching reflexes from muscles to internal organs. It is an effective means of preventing osteoporosis - a systemic disease of the skeleton – through its effect on the formation of bone mass. Mechanical stimulation of bone tissue and physical activity on skeletal muscles is one of the main factors determining bone structure. Physical activity increases such stimulation and reduces the level of deformation potential of bones. Since all human movements are carried out with the participation of the cerebral cortex, motor activity plays an important role in the normal functioning of the central nervous system. It requires the optimal influx of signals from both internal and external environment and increase the number of impulses coming from muscles, ligaments and joints to the brain, stimulates nervous activity, increasing the efficiency of brain cells. Motor actions are very diverse. Prominent psychophysiologist IM Sechenov believed that man through movement realizes his brain activity (emotions, motives, etc.).Item Features of educational training work of volleyball sports improvement groups im. Igor Sikorsky KPI(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Abramov, S.; Tomashevskyi, D.; Syrovatko, Z.; Абрамов, С.А.; Томашевський, Д.; Сироватко, З.The peculiarities of organization and use of volleyball means in sports improvement groups of students of higher education institution are considered in the work. This work is based on personal experience of many years of work with groups of sports improvement of KPI of teachers of volleyball department. The need to improve the system of sports training of volleyball students in connection with changes in government, structural, logistical, economic conditions, the need to educate young people in a healthy lifestyle, one of the main factors of which should be daily exercise . It is established that the system of physical education of students on the basis of traditional provisions of current organizational and methodological programs does not provide fully effective rehabilitation, education and upbringing of students from the standpoint of conscious mandatory motor activity and personal needs in solving the most important tasks of comprehensive personality development.Item Features of health assessment of higher education students in the conditions of distance learning(National Aviation University, 2023-06-16) Boyko, H.L.; Kozlova, N.G.; Sharafutdinova, S.U.; Бойко, Г.Л.; Козлова, Т.Г.; Шарафутдінова, С.У.Providingoptimal opportunities for maintaining and improving the health of students is one of the priority factors in improving the health of the nation. Nowadays, in the context of distance learning, due to the conduct of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine as a result of Russia's military invasion, a fundamentally new model of physical education is being created, which involves the use of information technology: online classes, consultations, video viewing, use of gadgets, software applications for smartphones, in order to carry out operational control aimed at determining various functional indicators of the human body. Under the current circumstances, it is important to find and apply informative methods that can be used in the process of remote monitoring and allow a comprehensive assessment of the health of those who are engaged in training. Usually, in practice, the method of rapid assessment is used, according to which the level of health of a person is determined in points by converting the obtained functional indicators and indicators of physical qualities development using special scales. Most existing rapid assessment methods do not focus on indicators that integrally reflect the level of the body's functional state. Health is an integral indicator that depends on various factors that affect the body of those who exercise, but the decisive factor is the person's lifestyle (nutrition, daily routine, physical activity, etc.).Item Features of psychophysiological characteristics of qualified badminton players(National Avition University, 2021-06-17) Xiang-Qian, Xu; Mishchuk, D.Badminton has undergone significant changes in technical equipment, cost-effectiveness of technical and tactical training in recent decades. Reducing the weight of the racket, improving the quality of the shuttlecock and racket, changing the rules of sports led to a significant increase in the speed of the game, reducing the processing time of the shuttlecock, and as a result - increase in the intensity of training and competitive load. These changes affected the structure of physical training, competition strategy, planning and programming of the training process, which led to a change in philosophy and conceptual foundations of badminton.Item Features of training of beginners in athletics. Fundamentals of safety(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Tumchyk, S.G.; Ostapovets, M.O.; Тимчук, С.Г.; Остаповець, М.О.A distinction should be made between "athletics" and "athletic gymnastics". Athletic gymnastics is a traditional type of gymnastics of health-improving orientation, which combines strength training with versatile physical training, harmonious development and strengthening of health in general. Athletics - a direction in physical improvement, which aims to achieve a high level of strength development and (or) high results in strength exercises. Athletics includes not only such strength sports as weightlifting, powerlifting, weightlifting, but also sports in which the qualitative assessment of the result is primarily related to the impact of strength training: bodybuilding, fitness, arm wrestling, bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is a system of physical exercises with various weights (dumbbells, dumbbells, barbells, etc.) that develops muscles. Bodybuilding classes are aimed at increasing the volume of individual muscle groups.Item General recommendations for a harmonious physical development of students in the process of self- strength training sessions(National Aviation University, 2022-06-16) Syrotynska, OlenaOne of the important areas of higher education is the search for new forms of health promotion of students in the process of their training and education, introduction of health technologies in the educational process, involvement in health activities, formation of their readiness for independent exercise of physical culture. Of particular importance are targeted actions to preserve the health of students, which is an integral part of the health of the nation as a whole and is of paramount importance for the sustainable development of society. Higher education is the last step of future specialists towards independent life, and it imposes on them a great responsibility for the health and level of physical fitness of students, as well as their readiness to engage in independent physical activity. Modern education in the period of pandemic in higher education is associated with a high level of emotional and intellectual load, puts students in a situation requiring extreme mental stress on the verge of his adaptation capabilities. In addition, all this is accompanied by insufficient physical activity. The situation is further complicated by the fact that many students are not aware of the importance of health as a necessary condition of life and most often ignore the basic rules of care, which leads to an increase in somatic diseases, functional disorders and mental disorders. To prevent and overcome these undesirable consequences, a great role is assigned to physical exercises and especially to those that have a targeted effect on restoring the physiological functions of the body.Item Link with vitamin D status and respiratory tract infections morbidity with overtraining syndrome among elite wrestlers(Національний авіаційний університет, 2020-06-18) Kerimov, Fikrat; Korobeynikov, Georgiy; Керімов, Фікрат; Коробейніков, ГеоргійAthletes are at risk for injuries and their prevention and rehabilitation are aspects of great importance. The cause of upper respiratory symptoms in athletes can be uncertain, but the majority of cases are related to common respiratory viruses, viral reactivation, allergic responses to aeroallergens and exercise-related trauma to the integrity of respiratory epithelial membranes. Above mentioned problems are connected or could be connected with vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency, which is widespread throughout the world, including countries subtropical and tropical countries.Item Movement technique and its importance for the process of learning the table tennis game of students of higher education institutions(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Chichenova, O.M.; Novikova, I.V.; Ganul, O.V.; Чеченова, О.М.; Новікова, І.В.; Ганул, О.В.Learning the technique of moving in table tennis is the foundation for creating the future style of play of the student, improving his physical fitness and a sustainable attitude to the chosen sport. The rapid change of game situations requires an immediate decision on the optimal distribution of effort in movement, the location of the player in the appropriate zone and a certain starting position. As the pace of the ball accelerates, qualities such as speed, "explosiveness", starting acceleration, motor memory, timeliness and accuracy of movement become important. Today, the debate between modern table tennis experts over the superiority of training, or the successful execution of a technical stroke, or the optimal movement, is open to discussion. Prominent world champion in table tennis Ichiro Ogimura stressed that: "Speed of the hand is a very important quality in table tennis, but the speed of the feet is even more important." All movements during the game must adhere to the principle of rationality. Decisions and appropriate movements should be made as soon as possible between strikes, not during its execution. A professional player is always in the right place, without making seemingly significant efforts, because his movements, between a series of strokes, are performed perfectly, on time and the spectators watching the match are invisible.Item Physical activities and exercises increasing as effective and accessible means of combating disease and reducing mortality of COVID-19(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Salamakha, O.E.; Саламаха, О.Є.The rapid development of technology in the modern world, in addition to improving comfort and working and leisure conditions, is also associated with health problems. In general, they are associated with almost complete lack of physical activity and poor nutrition. Comfortable travel to work by car or electric scooter, full-time sitting in front of a computer, fast food and resting in front of a TV or monitor screen is a common picture for most people. And this is what impacts the biggest component of health. Human health depends on many components such as genetics, ecology and medicine level, but it is the lifestyle that includes nutrition and physical activity that is the largest, more than 50% of the components that a person can actually influence. The vast majority of modern diseases that kill millions of people worldwide each year, such as hypertension, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis and sarcopenia, are the result of their lifestyle. Unfortunately, Ukraine has one of the worst situations where mortality exceeds birth rate, and the lowest life expectancy among European countries.Item Physical fitness students, which go in for boxing in the process of their physical training(Національний авіаційний університет, 2021-06-17) Nazymok, V.; Назимок, В.Here is defined physical and special physical fitness of first and second year students which go in for boxing in the process of their physical training during one and two years, respectively. The research involved 108 students: 54 students from first year and 54 students from second year, which were tested during the year (at the beginning and at the end). The following types of testing were used: standing long jump, lying dip up for 20 sec and 1 min, speed – 100 m running, endurance – running 3000 m., rope jumping (quantity per 1 min) and special physical fitness was determined by maximum quantity of left and right punches during 15 sec. There was defined a positive dynamics and growth of all physical fitness indicators of students which went in for boxing during the first year. Whereas, the students which went in for boxing for the second year showed better results and their dynamics (in addition to indicators of 100 m running speed). Evaluation of physical fitness of modern student youth in most cases says about low level of its development. This is due to poor efficiency of physical training process arrangement and low motivation of the majority of students to work out and goes in for sports. The research showed that an approach based on division by groups according to interest in sports increases motivation to training, impacts on their consistent attendance, and increases physical fitness.Item Post-traditional model of physical education and student sports in the context of the pedagogy of physical efforts(National Aviation University, 2024-06-13) Bobr, V.; Starostina, K.; Бобр, Володимир Іванович; Старостіна, Катерина ОлександрівнаPhysical education, as an academic discipline and educational process, is a certain anthropological constant in the development of our society. In various pedagogical constructs of different countries, this process aimed at optimizing the physical development of youth has its own socio-cultural differences related to the perception of the "physical body" in different countries and societies. In our country, acquiring health-preserving competencies by students is a mandatory condition for obtaining a diploma. At the National Aviation University, a "post-traditional" model of physical education is implemented, combining mandatory classes for first-year students (1 credit) with sectional activities (advanced sports training groups for students of 1-5 years) in 12 sports. This approach aims to provide first-year students with the necessary motor and competitive experience, essential life skills, and partially compensate for the effects of hypodynamia. The main societal educational task in this context is to form a positive attitude towards regular balanced physical activity (which, given modern youth's dependence on virtual temptations and passive leisure, is a significant challenge) and to acquire individual motor practice. It should be noted that physical health and physical performance are the main prerequisites for any professional performance.Item Preparation of qualified specialists as a foundation of governance based on olympic values(Національний авіаційний університет, 2020-06-18) Sulaberidze, G.; Radchenko, L.; Сулаберідзе, Г.; Радченко, Л.Nowadays, in modern conditions of development of Ukrainian society, to work in managerial positions in public institutions could only a specialist who has completed higher education and has an education level "Master" / "specialist".
