Обґрунтовано використання ГІС технологій для створення тривимірних моделей, поєднання їх з картографічними даними та вимогами міжнародного законодавства у сфері аеронавігації і безпеки польотів. Запропонована комплексна тривимірна модель, яка може бути використана, як аеронавігаційний набір даних для вирішення спектру задач з метою забезпечення безпеки польотів.
A long-term break in operation as a separate stage of the life cycle of airfields

Today's reality has shown that the life cycle of buildings and structures can encounter specific stages that have specific characteristics and cannot be attributed to generally accepted ones. The relevant design standards in the field of construction do not stipulate a long-term operation break, which, consequently, the standards of scientific and technical support do not regulate as a separate stage of the life cycle. In particular, the practice of resuming the construction of large-scale infrastructure facilities after a long break indicates that the program of their scientific and technical support includes a set of studies that current standards do not prescribe. A number of studies may be related to solving the issues of suspending construction without having to mothball a facility.

Modern airports are not only complex in terms of functions of the enterprise of transport infrastructure, but also components of urban areas. Given the global trends in the construction and reconstruction of airports, which are becoming urban features, approaches to assess the impact of building architecture on the urban situation and the surrounding environment are changing. The object of the study is special purpose buildings, namely air traffic control towers (ATC), whose spatial solution and height can significantly change the historical and cultural landscapes, panoramas of cities and urban ensembles. The visual significance of the latter's architecture is achieved through the use of steel spatial structural systems, with a focus on volumes of basic technological purpose - control rooms located at a considerable height. Individual cultural and historical symbols and components of natural landscapes, stylistic contrasts between ATC building (buildings) and buildings, etc. are actively used. With the help of light design, they create a kind of light landmarks (beacons) for the movement of passengers, employees and visitors within and outside the airports in the dark and with low visibility in the daylight. The practice of using ATC buildings for advertising and commercial support of airport operations is being extended. They feature elements of static and dynamic advertising, informational messages; they participate in various light music shows and more. Separate sections of facades, such as stylobate and medium (technical) floors, are used to eliminate the negative impact on the main technological processes.

The construction and operation of civil aviation airports has a centuries-old history. The individual stages and practices of its operation correspond to the stages of development of aircraft construction and society as a whole. The challenge of time for airport construction is to take into account the processes associated with the increase in the size of airports, their approach to built-up area, the rearrangement of internal infrastructure; integration of transport infrastructure of local, regional and world levels, creation of multimodal transportation systems, etc. According to the forecast of European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL), urbanization of areas close to airports, despite the crisis in the aviation industry related to the COVID-19 pandemic, will remain a trend of development and management of territories in pandemic and post-pandemic time.

Analysis of implementing the ISO 50001:2011 standard in aviation segment of transport economy sector

To enhance energy efficiency policy of airports and to reduce their energy consumption the analysis of global experience of implementing the ISO 50001:2011 in aviation segment of transport economy sector was conducted. It was found that at the beginning of 2014, experience in implementing the standard at airports was limited and dissemination and frequency of standard implementation were different for various world economic regions. It was noted that one of the reasons of insufficient dissemination of the standard is the absence of systematization of existing experience that leads to uncertainty of trends in standard dissemination and slows down the decisionmaking by airport management concerning the standard’s implementation. To systematize data, the criteria and relevant to them attributes were defined and substantiated that allowed identifying the trends in disseminating the standard in the aviation sector by criteria of conformity assessment of EnMS with ISO 50001:2011 requirements, socio-economic and operational functions of airports. The prospects of implementing the standard at Ukrainian airports were considered.

Hotel provision services related to the air transportation is an integral part of modern enterprises. The development of the international airport «Kherson» is a part of the State target program for the airports development until 2023 (approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on February 24, 2016, №126). Among the perspective construction objects at the airport is a hotel with parking for servicing air passengers and guests of the city.

Cargo transportation is a component of the aviation industry in Ukraine. The project «Strategy for the Development» (2017) is assumed as not only the creation of an international airport, but also the successful use of the significant industrial potential of the city Bila Tserkva, which can engage foreign investment in development of the tourism industry. Thus, on the territory of the Kiev region there may be another international airport, the design of which requires the solution of a complex of urban, technological and other issues which are closely related with the functioning of the existing cargo complex (aerodrome, industrial site, air traffic control building, hangars, etc.).

Annually, in September, thousands of Hasidic Jews from different countries of the world arrive in Ukraine, carrying a pilgrimage to the grave of the riba Nakhman in Uman, Cherkassy region, and celebrating the New Year (Rosh-a-Shana). The short-term stay of the Hasidic Jews in Ukraine requires solving a number of problems, including residential ones. International airports (Boryspil, Vinnitsa, Lviv, Odessa, Kherson), checkpoints (Krakovets, Mogilev-Podilsky) work according to special programs. Problems in finding and renting housing, ensuring public order protection, sanitary hygiene, trade organization, catering, etc. are intensifying in the city of Uman. For a partial solution of the housing problem, it is proposed to build a hotel complex, the so-called "town for Hasidim".

Formation of a housing fund for military workers and members of their families is carried out in several directions: - new construction; - reconstruction of buildings of different purposes for housing, which are located on the territory of former military towns. As a result of changes in the social, political and economic situation in the country, most of them have lost their original destination. Researched design solutions for the reconstruction of several public buildings (barracks, dining rooms, medical buildings of military medical centers, medical centers, etc.) are located on the territory of Vinnitsa, Rivne and Ternopil regions.
