Digitalization of foreign language formal, non-formal and informal education of university students: new opportunities and new challenges of modernity

Abstract

The collection includes papers of the scientific student conference «Digitalization of foreign language formal, non-formal and informal education of university students: new opportunities and new challenges of modernity» which took place in the Faculty of Law and International Relations of State University «Kyiv Aviation Institute» on March 27, 2026. The participants covered the issues related to the challenges of digital security in modern education, critical thinking development in the conditions of digitalization and AI, new trends in academic mobility of students in the conditions of digitalization of higher education, plagiarism in writing scientific papers and ways to solve the problem, foreign language learning, the influence of international education on the formation of foreign language communicative competence, online platforms. They also shared personal experience in participating in different educational projects.

Збірник містить статті наукової студентської конференції «Цифровізація іншомовної формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти студентів університету: нові можливості та нові виклики сучасності», яка відбулася на факультеті права та міжнародних відносин Державного університету «Київський авіаційний інститут» 27 березня 2026 року. Учасники висвітлили питання, пов’язані з викликами цифрової безпеки в сучасній освіті, розвитком критичного мислення в умовах цифровізації та штучного інтелекту, новими тенденціями академічної мобільності студентів в умовах цифровізації вищої освіти, плагіатом у написанні наукових робіт та шляхами вирішення цієї проблеми, вивченням іноземних мов, впливом міжнародної освіти на формування комунікативної компетентності іноземних мов, онлайн-платформами. Вони також поділилися особистим досвідом участі в різних освітніх проектах.
