Зовнішня політика Канади за прем'єрства П'єра та Джастіна Трюдо: порівняльний аналіз

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню та порівнянню зовнішньої політики Канади за прем’єрства П’єра та Джастіна Трюдо. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена потребою розуміння феномену Трюдо та його впливу, історичних передумов, закономірностей та тенденцій до набуття Канадою сучасного образу, потенціалу та основ її діяльності у міжнародному середовищі. Основне дослідження охоплює періоди прем’єрства П’єра Трюдо 1968 – 1984 років., що припали на часи Холодної війни, і знаменувалися зміною зовнішньої парадигми до чіткого прагнення Канади до самоутвердження, незалежності, зовнішньополітичної суверенності, миротворчості, сталого та економічного процвітання у світі; період прем’єрства Джастіна Трюдо 2015 – 2025рр., за якого канадська зовнішня політика поповнилася новими трендами та продовжила загальну тенденцію започатковану ще за часів П’єра Трюдо, таким чином ставши ідейним та духовним продовженням канадського шляху самобутності. Центральним компонентом роботи стало проведення комплексного порівняльного аналізу зовнішньої та безпекової політики П’єра та Джастіна Трюдо, а також формування бачення подальшого розвитку держави через призму єдиної спадщини Трюдо.This paper is devoted to the study and comparison of Canada's foreign policy under the premierships of Pierre and Justin Trudeau. The relevance of the study is determined by the need of understanding the Trudeau phenomenon and its impact, historical prerequisites, patterns and trends in Canada's acquiring of its current image, potential and foundations for its activities in the international environment. The main part covers the periods of Pierre Trudeau's premiership from 1968 to 1984, which coincided with the Cold War and was marked by a shift in the foreign policy paradigm towards Canada's clear desire for self-assertion, independence, foreign policy sovereignty, peacemaking, sustainable and economic prosperity in the world. The period of Justin Trudeau's premiership from 2015 to 2025, where Canada`s foreign policy was enriched with new trends and continued the general trend initiated by Pierre Trudeau, thus becoming the ideological and spiritual continuation of Canada's path to self-determination. The central component of the work is a comprehensive comparative analysis of the foreign and security policies of Pierre and Justin Trudeau, with additional shaping of the vision for the further development of the state through the prism of the unified Trudeau legacy.
