Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – управління процесами нанесення та контролю якості покриттів при відновлення деталей авіаційної техніки. Предмет дослідження – процеси управління якістю нанесення жаростійких захисних покриттів на лопатках турбін авіадвигунів Метою дослідження є: Дослідження процесів управлінн якістю нанесення жаростійких захисних покриттів на лопатках турбін авіадвигунів. У відповідності з метою в роботі вирішувались наступні задачі: - аналіз методів поверхневого зміцнення, для підвищення експлуатаційної надійності та якості авіаційних деталей; - дослідити процеси управління якістю нанесення жаростійких захисних покриттів на лопатках турбін авіадвигунів на підприємстві ТОВ «Paton Turbine Technologies»; - дослідити процеси управління якістю модифікованих поверхонь деталей авіадвигунів з використанням системи АСЕ Досягнення Конкуретної Переваги (Achieving Competitive Excellence); - дослідити та оцінити процеси сертифікації нанесення жаростійких захисних покриттів на лопатках турбін авіадвигунів на підприємстві ТОВ «Paton Turbine Technologies»; У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджені процеси управління якістю нанесення жаростійких захисних покриттів на лопатках турбін авіадвигунів на підприємстві ТОВ «Paton Turbine Technologies» з використанням системи АСЕ Досягнення Конкуретної Переваги (Achieving Competitive Excellence); Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендується використовувати під час вдосконалення системи управління якістю методів нанесення покриттів на авіатранспортних підприємствах, при відновленні захистних покриттів на деталях авіаційної техніки, та під час практичних та теоретичних занять з сертифікації. The subject of the study is the quality control processes of applying heat-resistant protective coatings on the blades of turbines of aircraft engines The purpose of the research is: Study of processes of quality management of application of heat-resistant protective coatings on turbine blades of aircraft engines. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were solved in the work: - analysis of surface strengthening methods to increase operational reliability and quality of aviation parts; - to investigate the processes of quality control of application of heat-resistant protective coatings on turbine blades of aircraft engines at the enterprise of Paton Turbine Technologies LLC; - to investigate quality management processes of modified surfaces of aircraft engine parts using the ACE Achieving Competitive Excellence system; - to investigate and evaluate the certification processes of application of heat-resistant protective coatings on turbine blades of aircraft engines at the enterprise of «Paton Turbine Technologies LLC»; In the qualification work, the processes of quality control of applying heat-resistant protective coatings on the blades of aircraft engine turbines at the company LLC "Paton Turbine Technologies" using the ACE system of Achieving Competitive Excellence (Achieving Competitive Excellence) were investigated; The materials of the qualification work are recommended to be used during the improvement of the quality management system of coating methods at air transport enterprises, during the restoration of protective coatings on parts of aviation equipment, and during practical and theoretical classes on certification.
