| dc.description.abstract | The article considers the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence in ensuring a sustainable labor market. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of the requirements for the qualification of specialists who ensure the capitalization of the enterprise in general and increase labor productivity in particular. The main aspects affecting artificial intelligence in the labor market are analyzed. У статті розглянуто теоретичні засади застосування штучного інтелекту в забезпеченні сталого розвитку ринку праці. Особливу увагу приділено трансформації вимог до кваліфікації фахівців, які забезпечують капіталізацію підприємства в цілому та підвищення продуктивності праці зокрема.
