Лідерство відіграє ключову роль у досягненні організаційних цілей, формуванні організаційної культури, мотивації персоналу та поліпшенні загальних показників діяльності організації. Лідерство в менеджменті розглядається як процес впливу на співробітників з метою залучення їх до досягнення організаційних цілей.
