Адаптаційне забезпечення розвитку підприємства

Abstract

Об'єктом дослідження є процес розвитку підприємства в умовах впливу динамічного зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів адаптаційного розвитку підприємства та визначення механізмів його вдосконалення. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування, аналіз та розробка напрямів удосконалення системи адаптаційного забезпечення розвитку підприємства. Методи дослідження: метод синтезу та аналізу, порівняльний, індукції, дедукції, аналітичний, графічний, економічний, SWOT-аналіз, PEST-аналіз, SPACE - аналіз; економіко-математичний. Методологічну основу дослідження склали наукові праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених щодо вивчення питань розвитку підприємств та їх адаптивності. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у поглибленні теоретико-методичних підходів до формування системи адаптаційного забезпечення розвитку підприємства та обґрунтуванні алгоритму удосконалення системи адаптаційного забезпечення розвитку, який включає шість послідовних етапів – від діагностики адаптаційного потенціалу до оцінювання ефективності реалізованих заходів. Значущість виконаної роботи та висновки дослідження полягають у можливості використані результатів дослідження для вдосконалення адаптаційного забезпечення розвитку підприємства, підвищення його гнучкості шляхом розробки адаптивних програм розвитку, що спрямовані на забезпечення конкурентних переваг у довгостроковій перспективі. Рекомендації щодо використаних результатів впровадження пропонованої системи адаптаційного розвитку у практику ТОВ «Відео Інтернет Технології». Прогнозні припущення про розвиток об’єкту і предмету дослідження полягають в тому, що при базовому та оптимальному процесах розвитку підприємства ефективність пропонованих заходів може бути досягнуто.The object of the study is the process of business development under the influence of a dynamic external and internal environment. The subject of the study is the set of theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of the business’s adaptive development and the identification of mechanisms for its improvement. The purpose of the qualification paper is the theoretical substantiation, analysis, and development of directions for improving the system of adaptive support for business development. Research methods include synthesis and analysis; comparative methods; induction and deduction; analytical, graphical, and economic methods; SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, SPACE analysis; and economic–mathematical methods. The methodological basis of the study consists of scientific works by domestic and foreign scholars devoted to the study of business development and adaptability. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in deepening the theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of a system of adaptive support for business development and in substantiating an algorithm for improving the adaptive support system, which includes six consecutive stages—from diagnosing adaptive potential to evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures. The significance of the completed work and the research conclusions lies in the possibility of using the research results to improve the adaptive support of business development and increase its flexibility through the development of adaptive development programs aimed at ensuring competitive advantages in the long term. Recommendations regarding the use of the results include the implementation of the proposed system of adaptive development in the practice of LLC “Video Internet Technologies.” The application sector and the degree of implementation of the materials of the qualification paper are as follows: an implementation certificate was obtained from LLC “Video Internet Technologies” dated November 25, 2025; the research results were published in the article: Vasiutkina N., Babich B. Corporate Social Responsibility as a Factor of Adaptive Support for Enterprise Development in Conditions of Business Innovation. Economy and Society, No. 77, 2025. Forecast assumptions regarding the development of the object and subject of the study indicate that under baseline and optimal business development scenarios, the effectiveness of the proposed measures can be achieved.
